Very nice tour to see all the hotspots of Miami.
Fun tour guide had nice music that fit the location and the history behind it.
Upon arrival one of the guides did not know about the complimentary snacks of certain spots which is promoted on your website. Coconut Grove was also still mentioned on the website but at arrival they said that it had been removed from the tour.The times of the bus are confusing. The sign at arrival mentions that the last bus is until 20:00 hours. We had to run to grab the last bus at 17:15 at Little Havana and could not get to another location, which we tought could still reach until 18:00.
Overall a very nice experience. Better communication with the guests on the website about times and also that channel 7 is the channel to hear the tourguide live. Complimentary water on the bus would be a plus.

Bought tickets online, useless because the Tour Guide on Bus we entered at stop 4 (6/7/19, 10:25) advised us to get white paper tickets and we have to go to stop 1 to get them. How shall we do that? So we get no ride, horrible Service!!! Never ever Big Bus!

Horrible!!! I would give the Big Bus Tours Miami a minus 5 stars if I could. I was advised be a friend that she used Hop on Hop off tours in cities all over the world with great results. I am here to tell you this bus tour was a terrible waste of money! Non of the buses have air conditioning and on one bus we used you couldn't even open the windows. The bus driver actually stopped the bus and came back and lectured us not to open the windows when someone tried. The buses were all old and dirty. Our head sets didn't work and the guides talked so fast about stupid stuff that it was a worthless trip for both my husband and me. I found myself wishing we were on public transportation as soon as we boarded the bus. Do not trust the pictures of the buses. They are old and yucky!

WE ENJOYED THE TOUR WHEN WE FINALLY FOUND THE BIG BUS STOPS FROM OUR HOTEL ON MIAMI BEACH,APPARENTLY THE BUS NO LONGER DOES THE LENGTH OF THE STRAND OF MIAMI BEACH AND HAS NOT DONE FOR A WHILE NOW, A BIT MORE INFO WOULD NOT GONE A MISS.

The staff in the support line was very helpfull.

My only recomendation its that the hoop-on & hook-off could include Biscaya gardens and the mirecle mile.

I purchased a 2 day ticket for my wife and I. This was the worst investment. The busses are old, never on time and some of the staff have bad attitudes. Some staff (drivers and guides) are unfriendly and have no respect for passengers. They promise busses every 30 minutes but we had to wait almost 50 minutes on two occasions today alone - and the staff are unapologetic. Rather use uber or state busses. It's cheaper and moves quickly on time.

I give a 3 just because of Julio, he was really good! As for the others, I do not have comments!
I use the tours frequently in the cities I visit and this was the worse. On one bus tour, the beach one, on the way back, we sat in the bottom section and where we plug the earphones was not working... I told the attendant and on the most sarcastic tone she told me to change places, with a show of hands to say what am I supposed to do?
Also, we did the night tour, that basically does the beach tour at night! Really????

Didn’t appreciate paying 175$ Canadian for this bus tour.

The tour guide was not very good to say the least. Very boring and seemed like he just wanted the tour to be over so he could go home.

First bus of the day at stop 15 drove off 6 minutes early and right in front of us.
We had bought the package with 2 days and a cruise. At the cruise we got the wrong information so had to walk back and forth a couple of times to get tickets.
Then later in the afternoon we had to wait 45 minutes at the central stop even though there was a long line of buses ready. We got no information at all.
All in all not a good experience. Didn't want to use the next days tickets. Instead took our own car.

I bought my tickets and in the web page and the flyer said the last loop was at 7 PM but I try to take it at 5 and they don't have service anymore. I was at the first stop so I went to the personal there and no one helped my then I call to the help number and they leave me for 15 minutes waiting line at the phone with no answer or help or anything. So I lost the experience of the day and lost my day plan

They dont wait for people to be seated before they take off....so its a little ruff

Very friendly guides on tour but it takes too much time to get from A to B and the buses don‘t have air conditioning inside and on deck no sun blocking. During our rides we were sweating all the time.

Armando was great! We hopped on a couple times with him as the host. He was fun, informative and intelligent. On the other hand another gentlemen we hopped on to was absolute opposite and then asked for us to tip the driver and him several times and held out a cap on the way off the bus for tips. But the ride was an easy way to see some of the city and south beach.

Tour guide wasn’t good. Random facts that had nothing to do with much. Not entertaining.

Good experience, Tourguides were excellent. Major Problem: IOS app was outdated, blue and red lines we’re reversed, station numbers were different from printed map

Disappointed with the crew on our beaches tour that didn’t tell us there was live commentary, only when we did the city tour did we find this option available.

Booked the premium day tour which was said to include an extra day but the ticket we received at the BB booth didn’t show the extra day...

City Loop was fine but we feel that the Beach Loop Tour was too short, we didn't see much. It was boring.
