Easy to use. Excellent for choice.

I would like to give some positive feedback due to needing to contact customer service after I had an issue with a blind I purchased recently.Ruth from customer service has been very helpful and had my issue all sorted within minutes. Great customer service offered by Wala, they took time to understand my concerns & they were able to rectify my problem.

Having had a number of blinds and found them great I ordered some more, however there was an issue with 1 of the blinds. On contacting by email with the issue Monisha has sorted it out promptly for me and I am now waiting for replacement. Well done

Ordered blinds from this company and they was delivered all that ok
When we come to put them up they had been wrongly made
Ordered 2 to match and they didn’t one was way longer
I contacted them and now 2 weeks on no joy
They want to know everything
Pictures /measure this measure that how many last on each it’s been a nightmare
I’ve given up cab not be done with all the hassle but definitely wyll not be purchasing again that’s a fact

The colour is not what it looks like in the pictures, so that was an expensive mistake. Also, difficult to put up.
I need blinds for four more windows so we will go elsewhere.

vidhya the agent was very helpful after my initial complaint about UPS delivery issues, the toledo blind was easy to set up and looks exactly as the pictures, our measurements were followed to the tee and its a perfect fit thank you blinds2go

Quick delivery and blinds fit really well! We had a small issue with a missing part that was resolved quickly, highly recommend.

Don't like AI but once past that all was Many thanksgood with Hari. I explained the issue to him so he checked when the blind was purchased, it was still under warranty and so sent the replacement parts out to us. They came within two days so really chuffed.

Great guides on how to measure, easy to order , great selection to choose from blinds are lovely , great quality & work as described , highly recommend & I’m now looking to order more.

They obviously have a problem with their delivery systems. I had emails from them on Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday all saying exactly the same thing: "Your order is out for delivery today". It is now Saturday morning and still no blind. Meanwhile I have spoken to them on numerous occasions. The first time I was told that "out for delivery today" doesn't mean I should expect delivery that day, but up to 48 hours later(!). And on Friday they told me in the morning that they had escalated the issue with UPS (why hadn't this been done before?) and that the blind would absolutely definitely 100% be delivered by 5pm: and again, when I called after 5pm, that they escalated it again (!!) and it would absolutely definitely be delivered by 9pm. Of course, it wasn't. It appears that they are simply incapable of resolving this and not very interested in trying. My advice - use someone else. This lot are shysters.

All good from ordering to delivery, and DIY install no issues.
