Two parcels, both are incorrect...
So, I needed to 12xLychee fizzy drinks and 24xGuarana fizzy drinks.
The 12 cans turned up, but I got only 6 rather than 24 cans.
I got a voucher.
I got 24x Sprite bottles, and then asked for a large Comfort laundry freshener.
The bottles turned up. The conditioner didn't.
I didn't want a voucher and wanted the conditioner - they gave me 19p, because they wouldn't refund the shipping.
I won't use them again.

We completely understand your frustration, particularly after receiving only 6 of the 24 cans ordered and then having the laundry conditioner missing from your next order. While our team offered a voucher for the first issue, we appreciate that this wasn't necessarily the resolution you wanted.
We're also sorry for the frustration caused by the refund on your second order. Delivery charges cover the shipment of the overall order rather than individual items, which is why these aren't normally refunded when another part of the order has been successfully delivered. However, we understand why receiving a 19p refund for the missing item left you disappointed, especially after experiencing a problem previously.

Had to resort to leaving a review on here as the contact section doesnt work on the website
Yet again another order with rubbish packing, let the last ones slide but just had my order delivered and checking it over heavy items placed in an inadequate carton with loose bags of crisps of which 5 have been crushed and arrived damaged, checking the second box a box of crisps squashed in transit due to packing in a box with a heavy object, since changing name and using a fulfilment centre for orders the packing has gone vastly downhill, i dont require a refund but this will be my last order, enough is enough .
