I do not know hod to make a return with courier, wrote email to customer service, tried to call - no response!

Prices are nice but their shopping…

Prices are nice but their shopping system is awful, filled with countless bugs and their customer service is equally competent.

Had huge issues on the shop regions, logins, buying and even when I received a faulty product then the customer support could do nothing but tell me to wait to return the item and send images through email. I had to tell her that there is actually a function in the chat that she is using…. That I can send her the pictures….

In short… I like the prices but the incompetence of the programmers and customer support is the worse I have witnessed.

I could go on for hours telling in details how faulty their site and shopping system but No. At least I got asked very soon after to give my feedback here, which I gracefully accepted, so here you go!

It's nice to shop here.

I like that my order arrives quickly, and it is also very easy to return the product. Everything seems well thought out, reliable and secure. The orders that have arrived have been clean and the sizes are correct.
It would be great if buyers would share information about the product they purchased, and I'm thinking specifically about sizes.

No refund

I returned the items the next day because they didn’t fit.
Instead of getting a refund, I was given store credit.
Customer service hasn’t really helped or addressed the issue.
Honestly very disappointing.
