Complete lack of transparency and honesty, avoid!!
I subscribed to a €2/month plan and was repeatedly charged €31 without any clear justification. Their explanation? Supposedly exceeding my data limit or using it abroad, which is impossible. I used this as a secondary SIM to receive calls and blocked all internet usage on the line to make sure it couldn't happen.
When I called customer service to ask for an explanation, instead of helping me they became aggressive and threatened to send a collection agency after me.
I then went to a physical store and waited over an hour, only to be told they couldn't help me because I had subscribed online.
This experience was frankly disgusting. No transparency, no accountability, and zero customer service. I've since switched operators and won't be coming back.

I work from home. Internet is vital. My Bouygues router failed. Their diagnostic was I should change for a more expensive one. Said no, then they say the problem was theac adapter. I quit the contract two weeks later and they still charged me 60€ as free for quitting. Very aggressive policy to empty your pockets.

I recently purchased an iPhone case through a third-party seller on Kaufland Marketplace. Upon receiving the item, it became immediately clear that the product was a fake — poor build quality, no original branding, and nothing like what was advertised.
I would strongly advise anyone shopping on Kaufland Marketplace to be cautious with third-party sellers. Kaufland should do more to verify the authenticity of products listed on their platform.
Currently in the process of requesting a refund. Not a pleasant experience.

Awful company, another one who thinks the world owes them a living. Tried to cancel for a friend, they refused to do this on line (despite the law stating they must offer online 'resiliation'), had to go through excruciating experience with a 'counselor' (read: sales idiot).

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I never received my SIM card, yet they kept charging me. I sent emails, went to their shop, and even called customer service nothing was resolved.
The staff in-store was rude and disrespectful, and the phone support was just as unhelpful. No accountability, no professionalism, just frustration from start to finish.
I would rather not have a SIM card at all than deal with Bouygues Telecom again.
Avoid at all costs.

Worst day's work I ever did
I was advised to sign up with Bouygues in a Welcom shop while buying a new phone. I was advised this would be better value but it is not. I should be on a tariff at €2 per month for one year but they are charging me €7. The first sim card was broken and they said I needed to buy a second one. It cost me €20 but they said it would be refunded. It has not been refunded 4 months later even after contacting customer service and going back to the shop.
