We had visited Bovis Homes at Whiteley…
We had visited Bovis Homes at Whiteley Meadows on two occasions, one before we sold our house and the second once our house was STC. We met with Matt Morrison, whom we felt offered us the best customer service on the few times we visited. Nothing was too much trouble, he went through everything at a pace we were comfortable with. Matt had a great knowledge of the houses we showed an interest in. In fact due to the great service, we attended three times in row and reserved one of the houses on the third visit. Matt provided us with all the necessary information we needed and allowed us to view the two properties of interest. This cemented our decision. We are truly grateful for all the help and support from Matt and we’re looking forward to our New Home.

We were given estimated completion dates multiple times(not written ), but every one of them was missed. There have been so many delays throughout the process.
My advice to anyone buying with Bovis is don't rely on their estimated completion dates. Treat them as rough guesses rather than realistic timelines, and avoid making plans based on them, as there's a good chance they'll change.
Buying a new home should be an exciting experience, but the repeated delays and uncertainty have made it far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope Bovis improves its planning, communication, and transparency for future customers.

We were actually on route to another development, close by, who actually also we Woukd give a 5 star review, we just dropped by for a look. Soooo glad we did, met the sales lady Rhianna , who was fabulous, nothing was a problem, showed us two 3 bed homes both with garage. First one didn’t suit us, second one I loved straight away. Rhianna was so informative and professional. We knew ( I did) this was my house to be ❤️ she gave us all the advise and information, and I actually called her a couple of times that afternoon, she was great. That was Sunday, Monday we visited with our daughter , again Rhianna was available for her expert advise. Tuesday we confirmed we wanted to buy, Wednesday we placed our deposit. I’m fingers crossed (very tightly) all goes to plan. Thank you for making our experience great. Shout out to Denise who I have also spoke to today, and has supplied us with lots of information & guidance. Thank you all. We are very much looking forward to our new home . 🩷

I’ve had my best house buying experience at Bovis homes in West Cambourne. John and Wendy have always gone above and beyond to make sure we’re at ease and understand the process thoroughly.
