They just hit my website's contact form - which is free with brevo until 100-300 emails, with a mini targeted DoS campaign!! It's 100% them - it ran this AM, and immediately I got an email from brevo that my form ran out of $ (free account) and refill it!! Who do YOU think did this on Monday AM?? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I'll pay people again to have a free solution. These are scammers, beware!!
RUN!!! their system is great but there service and support is non existent if you need help. You get stuck in a loop with a bot and even when you can get in touch with an actual person, they cut and paste computer generated answers. An absolutely useless company.

My experience with Brevo / SendinBlue has been extremely disappointing.
I used the service for business email marketing and ended up in a dispute over the service and billing. I challenged the position directly with Brevo, and although they later issued a **£284.40 goodwill refund**, the matter was not fully resolved and I was left disputing a further **£324.00**.
What frustrated me most was the amount of time and effort it took to try to get a clear resolution. In my experience, the service I received did not match what I understood I had agreed to, and the subsequent handling of the issue left me with very little confidence in the way the account and billing were managed.
I ultimately had to pursue the matter through my bank’s chargeback process, which has involved months of correspondence, evidence gathering and repeated follow-up.
To be fair, Brevo did issue a goodwill refund, and I think that should be acknowledged. However, from my perspective, a business should not have to go through this level of effort simply to resolve a disagreement over what service was purchased, what was provided and what should be refunded.
My advice to other businesses would be to read the plan terms very carefully, keep screenshots of the package and features you are buying, retain all invoices and correspondence, and monitor any billing changes closely.
This review reflects my own experience with Brevo / SendinBlue and the way my account dispute was handled.

It is free to use when you have few users which is very appreciated. As a startup I don't have the capital. However, naturally, as my own app grows I will have to upgrade and then Brevo is my first choice. Too bad the logo I picked doesn't show up next to my emails ...
I used the service for about a month, and initially it seemed like a good and high-quality service. However, my service was suddenly terminated, and I was not given a clear explanation for the reason.
Unfortunately, customer support was unable to help and kept repeating the same generic response without providing any actual explanation for why the service had been terminated. This left me with a very unprofessional impression of the company.
I have used several similar services before and was specifically looking to move to a European provider. Unfortunately, the experience here has been disappointing, especially since I have not encountered similar issues with US-based competitors.
The service itself seemed reasonably good, so I would recommend focusing on improving customer support and communication. Clear and transparent communication would have made a big difference in this situation.

I had a frustrating experience with Brevo. When my account was restricted, support took a long time to respond, and the information they provided didn’t match the tools I use. The compliance requirements were unclear and didn’t seem practical for normal workflows. I didn’t feel supported, and the process caused unnecessary stress. I’ve since moved to a different provider and can’t recommend Brevo based on how my situation was handled.

We chose Brevo after three years on Mailchimp. Their automated review paused one campaign over a bounce rate above their threshold. We replied to
the ticket within 20 minutes with a full explanation and cleaned our lists within 24 hours.
An AI agent told us the team would follow up once their review was done.
Nobody ever did. The next day the account showed "permanently suspended", with no email, no clause cited, no answer to anything we wrote, and no way
to fix anything. We never spoke to a single human.
Their own documentation contradicts itself on one of the most important rule they have. The help center article on legitimate contact lists states that, for B2C, contacts "with whom you already have a business relationship" may be imported. Their anti-spam policy demands a ticked newsletter checkbox and proof of opt-in for every single contact. They publish both, and then close your account for following the wrong one.
Rigid, unprofessional, and they do not keep their word. Not a partner worth your time.
UPDATE after Brevo's reply: for the record, the order of events was the opposite. Brevo marked the account "permanently suspended" first, without
contacting us. We closed it only afterwards. Their first human response came days later, after the account was already closed as we already paid two months with no service provided. In fact, for the amount we paid no service was provided, ever. None of the points above were addressed. I understand the need to cut down costs & use AI, but teach him better, and tell him to address the points somebody is trying to make if you want the people reading this to understand that you are serios.

Great platform for email newsletters and promos, good, fully featured CRM. Good support. Worth the money.
Great tool for B2B maintaining customer relationship.
customer support was always there to help me
I made a mistake with my order, but Brevo’s team was able to cancel it and process a refund without any hassle. Thank you for the quick and helpful support!
It has a lot of features, the service is really smooth and easy to use.
The prices are okay, it is even a little bit cheaper, but it is pretty expensive from the start if you want some subscribers and not a watermark, it gets really expensive at the start.
Finally, there's the unsubscribe page you can customize, this is on the other hand not modern at all and deserves improvements.
Brevo offers an impressive amount of power and flexibility for the price, from campaign personalization down to fine-grained segmentation, it covers far more than I expected. The reporting is a particular highlight: deliverability breakdowns, bounce reasons, open/click detail, all genuinely useful for understanding what's actually happening with a send, not just surface-level stats. Solid platform for anyone serious about email marketing.
Before using Brevo, I was using SendGrid and this is, by far, a better and easier service to use. Creating API keys and setting up domains and users ensure message delivery is considerably easier. Highly recommended.
Brevo is easy to use and very user-friendly. The interface is simple and easy to understand, and I can manage my email campaigns efficiently. Overall, I’ve had a great experience using Brevo.
Problem was fixed, and my problem was explained why it happened. Nice support.
Horrible customer care. When I ask for help I am told that their system works flawlessly. We didn't change anything in our end in the past 1½ years, but suddently after the migration our split conditions now rejects 90-100% instead of letting through 90% and the exact same issue applies to several of our automation flows. I even told them what was wrong, but they didn't admit or fix it - just another long explanation.
I can tell you what good customer care is, since I have worked on that part myself. It is about helping the customer with his/her issues. Not sending long emails trying to blame the customer. Especially when the customer tells you that he/she didn't touch the setup for the past 1½ years.
I guess I will get a long technical answer here as well or someone trying asking me to contact customer care and get this resolved - but I have already tried this without any help.

Great support! Very fast in answering and great support!
Absolutely useless!
It simply doesn't work, importing and managing your contacts and companies is an absolute joke, none of the automated features work! And that's before you've even got to the point where they basically tell you they don't understand GDPR and email marketing rules/laws in the UK. Rather worrying for a company thats sole purpose is email marketing software! Avoid at all costs, it's an absolute waste of time
