Ive not yet tried the clear whey protein I bought, but in a recent incident my parcel had been left by Evri at the gate / not delivered to the door which I made the Bulk team aware (on a Sunday by the way!) and I got a resolution in just hours to giving them information. Not only they started investigation but made sure that I didnt have to wait for the products whist the incident was being dealt with. I am impressed by the customer service and support. KUDOS!

Great prices and quality
I tried bulk after seeing the crazy prices on My Protein. I ordered the same products at Bulk for half the price. The quality is superb and shipping was fast. Expiry date on the whey Protein was 2 years so really fresh. Bulk keeps you up to date throughout shipping process. Will definitely be using Bulk from now on.

Good product, lousy courier
Bulk is a decent company, with decent products at decent prices. Unfortunately they continue to use Evri as a courier. I don't require much from a courier firm - they are buzzing themselves into the building using a trades button and dumping the parcel in a public entrance way, accessible to over 40 flats. All they need to do is ring my doorbell as well - they don't need to wait for me to answer it, that would be enough to notify me that the delivery has been made so that I can come and collect it. But they refuse to do this simple thing - just press a second button on the same panel. For more than eight months I have complained about this and nothing changes. Bulk keeps telling me they 'take this issue seriously' and are 'escalating it to the appropriate team'; that they consider this 'unacceptable' and they expect more from their courier. Yet nothing ever changes. So I am unable to give them good reviews or recommend them to anyone - not because of Bulk itself, but because of their choice of courier and inability to get anything to improve.
Edit in response to the reply - I thought I was clear enough: I do not require them to bring the package to my door. Leaving it in the communal area is not the problem (it is not ideal, but I understand they have time constraints and can't necessarily come to each flat individually). All that I require is for them to press my doorbell on the same panel they are already pressing the trades entry button. That would not affect the time it takes them, but would allow me to come and collect it immediately rather than leaving it sitting there for hours. It is such a small thing that requires no extra effort on their part.

Prices keep increasing
I been using bulk since 2019/20. i have always liked bulk as it was affordable and good quality. In the last few years I have noticed the prices increasing so much. Within 3 weeks the price of pure whey 2.5kg went from £59.99 to 67.99! Are we going to reach a point where its going to cost £80?

Very fast delivery, ordered day before and got day after. Flavours are great, (i get the whey protein) great with oats, yoghurt, not grainy either. Dont taste artificial imo, good price too.

Undrinkable Product.
I use protein powder frequently and thought I’d try BULK as I’ve had some of their other products and they’re relatively clean.
However the Vanilla Whey Protein Powder contains so much Stevia and other additives it is sickly sweet and leaves a disgusting after taste.
I emailed customer service and received a poor response with a paltry offer of a small discount code.
This is a stark contrast to another well known protein powder provider with whom I had an issue with 2 years ago and provided an outstanding response.
I will not be purchasing any further BULK products. They are cheaply made and full of additives. Disappointed.

The basic whey is inferior to it's competitors equivilents.
The protein content on the basic whey is less per 100 grams than it's competitors by as much as 20g. The shake tastes powdery, and far inferior to similar competitors. The value was better than those competitors which prompted me to try Bulk Powders. I would say bulk powders isn't terrible, but I won't be buying their whey protein again. Their creatine is very good value, and tastes good, i'd buy it again.
Edit: I have recieved an email informing me that Bulk's basic whey has Soy Protein in it which is why it has a lower protein content. This doesn't change my review. In fact it makes me a little annoyed. As I bought 'basic whey protein' i expected just whey concentrate. I deliberately avoid soy protein as I prefer to avoid processed soy products. I should've read the ingredients properly as i never would've bought it.

Bulk.com offers a genuinely impressive range of products — whatever you're looking for in supplements, they've likely got it, and the quality has been consistently good in my experience. It's clear they put thought into their product development.
That said, I do think the pricing is a bit steep when you stack it up against other brands offering similar formulations. If you're not too fussed about brand and are shopping on value alone, you can often find comparable products elsewhere for less. Still, for the breadth of choice and reliable quality, Bulk.com is worth considering — just don't expect to be getting the cheapest deal on the market.

Natural Whey Protein …
I have been using the Whey Protein powder chocolate flavour for some time now and recently accidentally ordered the Natural Whey Protein powder also in chocolate. I have to say it is the worst tasting protein I’ve ever tried. That’s saying a lot as I’ve been using shake for 20+ years and they weren’t great back in the day.
Personally, I think there should be more distinction between the two labels as it was an easy mistake to make ordering the wrong product.
I’ll stick to the normal Whey and unfortunately have to throw away the Natural packet I’ve already opened.

Switched from my usual supplier due to an unacceptable price-hike, and after scanning a few reviews and asking my trainer I chose to try Bulk. Seems like a good product, and the delivery was very fast. I wish the whey isolate had an Informed-sport accreditation but nonetheless, fair pricing means I now have six months’ supply, so am a definite convert.
