I am a massive advocate for the pure whey isolate product from Bulk. Including their creatine monohydrate. I have been using these products for 4 months now as part of my 'leaning up" program. Using them to supplement my diet inorder to target fat loss and retain muscle mass.
I am more defined and stronger with increased stamina.
I've tried the pure whey but the isolate is on another level. I acknowledge the price difference but it mixes so great and is effortless to drink and digest. Plenty of great tasting flavours.
Great to see Bulk have kept the 1kg bags and not dropped down to 900g.

The whey protein is no longer sourced from grass-fed cows which is downgrade in quality and instead of being fair downgrading the price ironically the price has gone up and it has become more and more expensive. I am actively looking for other companies now after using this company for many many years

Good customer service recovery after a packing error
I recently ordered two flavours of whey protein powder, but while one item was correct, the other was the wrong product. Packing errors happen from time to time, so I completely understand. Customer service handled my same-day complaint brilliantly by refunding me the full amount for the incorrect product and telling me to keep or discard the mistaken item. They also provided a 50% discount code to re-order the correct protein. Exceptional service recovery earns them a well-deserved five stars.

It was very disappointing experience
It was very disappointing experience. I ordered hydrolysed whey protein (which was expensive) and I received pure whey protein (which is half the price of what I ordered). No phone number to contact customer service and no online chat option. Did manage to submit online request form and some from the team got in touch and arranged a return label. But what a hassle. If I wouldn’t have paid attention, I would have opened it and would be stuck with 2.5 kg of protein that I would have never used. Be careful when u order please and check ur product before you open. I learned my lesson.

I was recommended the whey protein by a friend. As I am recovering from surgery. I do not like smoothies or shakes and he recommended that I get the vanilla one. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It blends so well with no clumps or lumps.

On the whole good regretting the vegan pancake mix
Delivery was on time and no issues. Protein shake is really nice, thats the basic whey protein.
The Vegan protein pancake mix, is no go. This tastes awful, I previously had the banana pancake mix (non vegan) but that wasn't on the website. I would say the vegan mix is inedible. Its chalky texture is unappealing.
Thats the only downside, but would order again from Bulk

The produce is clean
The produce is clean, pure and with the ingredients clearly stated on the packaging. I started using Bulk products about 6 months ago and was so happy with its excellent protein powders, NAC, leucine and more. I have brought from them subsequently and will continue to do so.
