Ordering was super easy. Recently bought vanilla whey protein, which is extremely easy to mix and actually tastes like a milkshake so highly recommended. Also purchased the vitamin c and collagen supplement unflavoured and to be honest it’s horrible. It tastes extremely artificial and is unpleasant. Delivery has always been quick and the products good, particularly the whey protein and pre-advanced workout. Would def recommend bulk and a cheeky gift every now and then with a purchase would be the cherry on top.

First time buying after a recommendation from a friend and now will be this consistently, mass gainer has significantly better macros than my protein’s mass gainer. Although the total serving size is somewhat smaller, the frequent sales and access to student discount makes the cost per serving roughly the same. better quality, lower price.

Cream of rice is top notch though I wouldn’t recommend the recommended ratio of 50:250 rice to water, you really taste the water. I do 100:300 rice:milk the texture is much nicer and feel like I’m actually eating food instead of a soup. topped this with a whey drip (whey also from bulk) blueberries, bananas, walnuts and bulks peanut butter (another great buy if you can spare the cash) keeps me full till lunch time which is something I struggled with.

Whey is whey I can’t complain the cinnamon is my favourite has a slight funky taste if you don’t add as much liquid but not the end of the world

Bought some straps too on the stiffer side might need to break them in a bit before I review them properly

well, first of all, vitamin B12, and vitamin B complex, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 were available from bulk at a reduced price, this is for my daughter. Now the vitamin B’s are mega importance, I’m so to the vitamin K2 and D3. They connect with each other. So I have to say thank you for reducing them and for having them on sale for me to buy. There is one thing that I’m very disappointed in, that is the lack of 100% glucose, 2 k that I bought frequently and relied upon your product, so if the BUYER who represents BULK would please listen and take action to order this very favorite product, Pure Glucose powder 2 kg I really would appreciated it Thanks for listening. I’m a frequent flyer with Bulk whey protein and creatine. Excellent product, highly recommended.

After many years using pure whey protein powder as a milkshake after exercise, I've always found this smooth and tasty.

I decided to try pure whey protein+ which when mixed is very grainy (liquidised porridge) and leaves a raspberry sized pink lump after mixing.

I'll use it up but not my preference over the normal whey protein powder.

On a plus delivery was very quick.

Gave me the wrong flavour of protein powder and didn’t give a replacement. Instead I was given a discount code that doesn’t work on any if the whey protein products as they are all on sale.

I’ve been using Bulk products for a while now, especially their Whey Protein, Creatine and DOPE Pre-Workout, and I’m really happy with the quality.

The products are excellent, the prices are very competitive, and delivery is always quick and reliable. Great value for money without compromising on quality.

I’ve been buying from Bulk for years, going back to when they were called Bulk Powders. I regularly buy my protein powders and some supplements from them and have always been happy with the quality, especially considering the prices.

Some of my favourites are the Natural Pure Whey Isolate, Pure Whey Isolate, Clear Whey Isolate, Creatine Monohydrate Powder and Krill Oil.

I always use bulk for my protein powder needs. Their clear whey isolates are my particular favourite. Very good, very clear and come in a range of different flavours. Genuinely makes protein drinks easier, like drinking a cordial. They're low calories as well, 1.5 scoops is 30g protein and around 129kcals, so good for cutting and not losing those hard earned muscle gains. I have bought a range of other products from protein shakers to their food stuff such as the fibre complex (a sad reality of high protein, comes with the need for more fibre). Everytime I order, the delivery is fantastic. I'm kept up to speed with where it is and their couriers are always good, too. Only niggle is that you're supposed to get £10 off for orders over £50 and I often don't get it, even though my order didn't include products not included in that deal. However, I still find the price reasonable and really do enjoy them and the service bulk provides. Overall a very good company that I will continue to use.

This used to be my go-to brand for protein, but the customer experience has seriously gone downhill.

It feels as though Bulk is trying to squeeze as much as possible out of customers. I ordered exactly the same products in January 2026 for £72. This time, the order cost £125 – an increase of £53 – and I’m getting less product, as the standard pack has been reduced from 1kg to 900g.

They’ve also made discounts unnecessarily difficult to apply. If your basket contains one item that is eligible for a discount and another that is excluded, the coupon is rejected entirely. Previously, the discount would be applied to the eligible item while the excluded product remained at full price. The only workaround now appears to be placing separate orders – a ridiculous and inconvenient system that seems designed to discourage customers from using discounts.

I also had a frustrating experience after accidentally ordering the wrong flavour. The chatbot allowed me to cancel my first order immediately and without any problem. However, when I needed to cancel a second order after speaking to an agent about applying the discount to the items separately, I was told it couldn’t be done – even though the chatbot had just done exactly that automatically.

Finally, the flavours are very hit and miss. I bought the pistachio whey isolate and found it genuinely revolting. I managed one scoop but had to throw the rest away because it tasted so unpleasant. Given the price, that was an enormous waste of money.

After being a regular customer for years, I’ll now be looking elsewhere. I regret not comparing prices sooner – Myprotein appears to offer much better value.

Very fast delivery. Love that you have beef isolate as I can't consume whey. Very tasty product I get thr chocolate flavor. Good value for money. Overall very happy and will be a repeat customer

Can’t see fault with any products. Shipping is also super fast. It’s a regular for my daily nutrition now: I get the crea-pure, the myo-inositol.

I tasted Basic Whey Protein (I used the Pure Whey previously and they were ok) and to say the least they're the most revolting sh** I've ever tasted in my life.
I really cannot understand how a company like this can make such a disgusting product. It has an awful taste and, also, it feels like it doesn't blend properly (with the right amount of water): it almost feels like sand.
Also, once I started taking it, my stomach started hurting seriously. Like I had serious diarrhea.

Very, very, very disappointed. I will never buy anything from you again, ever.

My second order with Bulk. Delivery and communication excellent, just like before. The Hero brand Whey protein is DELICIOUS!

Vanilla and strawberry pure whey protein has great taste and mixes really well. Great price too!

I've bought creatine and vegan protein powder from them and never had issues. But this time I tried the strawberry flavour vegan protein (from vanilla) and I have severe stomach issues and bloating. I have a sensitive stomach and hence why I get vegan protein than standard whey. I contacted customer care to check if I can change the flavour or if the batch is defective, because strawberry, banana, vanilla never gave me any issues with different brands like myprotein. Customer care told me that they would contact the quality check team and I requested for a confirmation email of this escalation for my reference, hasn't got it, though assured I would get one. Also, he didn't provide me with any solution, just said I would be contacted.

Should have been next day delivery but ended up taking a few days although it didn’t cost anything so not the end of the world. A bit pricey for whey protein but cheaper than MyProtein as they didn’t have any discounts at the time. As long as they continue to be cheapest I will continue ordering from Bulk. I ordered unflavoured whey which although isn’t the best tasting flavour, is in my opinion a bit nicer than MyProtein.

Very poor product quality. The protein whey powder i was sold did not dissolve properly and the taste was nothing alike the advertised chocolate flavour. No, i’m not new to whey - I’ve been using myprotein and optimum nutrition for years and have enjoyed the taste of their chocolate shakes. It was very difficult to get a refund from bulk.

Nice and easy order. Good delivery. I like the flavour of the whey protein shake and it dissolves well. I prefer it to the the vegan shake I previously bought.
