I submitted my withdrawal request on the 28th of August and is still outstanding!! I have sent numerous emails asking for updates but get the standard apologies it’s with risk management for review emails. I have emailed 3 times since their last email and now they are completely ignoring me!!! I’m happy to revisit this comment once my withdrawal is processed but they are not acting professionally!! Please give me an update!!!

Worst prop firm ever, so harder and harder rules, payout waiting months then didn't get payout cause of new rule added, but before the request wasn't that rule, support is maybe AI chatgpt, all other answers questions different,rules are like all day new rule and harder and rule that barely or impossible to get payed..

I have been trading with Bullwaves Prime for some time, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I executed a single trade idea of 0.75 which I split into equal 0.15 lots purely for risk management purposes. This is a common and reasonable practice to set different take profits. Despite this, Bullwaves Prime is now refusing to honour my $14,000+ payout, claiming it somehow violates their rules.
I have reached out to their support and legal department multiple times for clarification. I recently sent them a formal email clearly explaining that the split was one unified trade idea done to manage risk, and I am still waiting for them to do the right thing.
Warning to others: Be very careful with Bullwaves Prime. What should have been a straightforward payout has turned into a stressful battle with little transparency. If you value reliable withdrawals and fair treatment of legitimate trading strategies, I would think twice before investing significant funds and time here.
That said, I have asked them for one final review of my case and am hopeful they will honour the $14,000+ payout they owe me. I will update this review based on how they respond.

Has anyone receive payout after waiting long time? my wirthdraw is in status Pending- even status under review didnt appear since 15th of June, though their rules and email states that payouts are processed within 2-5 business days. It is now 14 business days, so where is this approval? Support is useless, via email replies every 5 days with the same automated message as chat support. I want answers- why it is delayed way beyoned promised lead time, and deadline when it will be handled. It is not much to ask.

I have requested withdrawal. My bank rejected some of the funds. The broker will not give me my money now! I have been chasing them for nearly 2weeks! Dont use them they are a scam!!!

Additionally, the firm has rules that make it very difficult for swing traders like myself to become profitable. The restrictions seem designed more for scalpers or day traders, leaving little room for holding trades longer than a few hours or days. This was a major obstacle for my trading style.

That said, because the evaluation was free, I didn’t lose any of my own money. I’m actually glad I went through the process—it helped me understand how Bullwaves operates. For anyone considering them, just be aware: you may not have full control over your account, and swing trading is not realistically supported.

Constructive suggestions for Bullwaves:

1. Never place trades on a trader’s account without explicit consent.

2. Please consider creating evaluation rules that accommodate swing trading strategies.

3. Please be transparent about any automated activity on user accounts.

My experience with Bullwaves has been extremely negative.

They denied my payout and, in my case, they removed trades that had already been reviewed and addressed previously. This makes the whole process feel inconsistent and unfair.

I was also accused of using trading software or unauthorized tools, which is completely false. I traded manually, and these accusations were used to deny my payment instead of handling the matter in a transparent and professional way.

From my personal experience, this company does not appear reliable when it comes to payouts. When a trader becomes profitable, they seem to look for reasons to reject the payment rather than honor it fairly.

I strongly advise traders to be very careful before purchasing a challenge with this firm. Based on what happened to me, I have serious concerns about their practices, their payout process, and the overall legitimacy of their business model.

BullWaves is a scam.

They refused to pay me and kept changing their explanation every time I asked for clarification.

First, they said some of my trades violated their consistency rules. The problem is that they were referring to the exact same trades they had already told me were removed previously.

Then they accused me of using software or automated trading, which is completely false. I never used any software, bot, or algorithm on that account.

After that, they told me my account was still active and that I could continue using it.

Then, shortly after, they sent me another email saying the account was closed for breach of conditions.

Now I no longer even have access to their platform or account dashboard.

So which version is true?
Was the account active, or was it closed?
Were the trades already removed, or are they using them again as an excuse not to pay?
How can they first say the account is still valid and then block access completely?

This is contradictory, dishonest, and unacceptable behavior. It looks like they are simply inventing reasons to avoid paying traders.

In my opinion, BullWaves should be avoided. My experience has been completely unprofessional and I believe they are not acting in good faith.

I’ve had a really smooth experience with Bullwaves so far. What stood out the most is how fast and helpful their Discord mods are, you barely wait before getting a clear response. Their customer support is also solid and responsive despite the fact that I'm trading a free giveaway account, which gives a lot of confidence when dealing with a prop firm. Definitely feels like they actually care about their traders. I give them thier flowers for that though they should work on processing payouts faster maybe 24-48 hours.
