Schnelle Lieferung

I ordered again after quite some time, and everything went smoothly. The fries arrived pleasantly warm, the burger was tasty, and the delivery was impressively fast. Prices seem to have increased somewhat, but overall the food was delicious and we would be happy to order again.

Bürger me Leipzig

Bürger me Leipzig. Overall terrible service. Buy one get one free ofeer not displayed correctly. I ordered a burger only got one which we refused to take. Apparently liferando fault as there is a mistake on website. Now left without burger or money very professional. Will avoid in future.

the overpaid 2€ and the and the unfriendly service

In my order I paid €1.98 extra to get two ciabatta burgers. But the delivery only included normal buns. I called about it, but couldn't even finish my sentence on the phone without the employee hanging up. Good service looks different when I want to point out that they should perhaps read the order through to avoid annoying the customers. Because otherwise the food was actually OK. But after this reaction I won't order again.

Food was ok, but regulations customer unfriendly

Ordered today because i had a 20€ Voucher:

First of all even i had a voucher i had to order on top the minimum order value of 8,99 including shipping fees. That`s definetely not customer friendly.
The burger and the fries were mainly ok. Good, but nothing special and the burger was for my taste a bit small. The fries were a bit squashy, seemed like the linger around in the kitchen for a while
Delivery was good and the guys were friendly.
My conclusion is it was ok, but due to that customer unfriendly regulations and the fact that the food is quite average i wouldn`t buy there again
BTW: almost forgot that in my cookie a long hair was hidden as a surprise 😅

Burger ok, Salat groß Finger weg.

1.crispy chicken burger war gut 2.crispy chicken salat groß war mehr blattsalat als alles andere 2 kleine mini tomaten, die nicht schmeckten und ein crispy chicken fleisch in 4 teile geschnitten 3. veggie burger war nur mayo auf und unter dem gemüsebratling und am salat hat man gespart und es sah hingeklatscht aus. burgerme krefeld ist für salat nicht geeignet, burger ok. Lieferung kam zur bestellten zeit.
