Absolutely shocking first experience.
Took my partner and his mother last night to buzz bingo Leeds. On arrival we was told they needed to register which they both did and was give money off/discounts etc as it was there first time. We headed round to the main hall were we had to purchase our games for the night. When it was our turn to be served we explained to the woman that it was there first time in which she sighed and rolled her eyes at us. she was rude like she couldn’t be bothered I mean as a first time customer you’d expect more respect to help you know what is what. We also wanted the touchpads and said all three of us did, in which she replied “there isn’t many left and we do have people who want to spend ALOT of money for the touchpads”. Erm sorry but first come first serve. Who said we didn’t want to spend ALOT of money also we asked for the gold package which was £70 each to which she then said aw no you don’t want that one you might aswel use your £5 on all bingo voucher as you get basically the same just not the same amount of tickets at this point we couldn’t be bother arguing as the main event was about to start. She then snatched the card out of our hands and put it into the machines. She was sooo rude especially knowing we was new customers absolutely not going to come here again. Rude customer service.
