It's a very nice way to try some new products. The quality of products mostly very high. I just don't like cosmetics from Poland, mostly they don't suit my skin. Also it should be nice to make some choice about decorative makeup, just to exclude some categories that I don't use at all.

It’s a complete rip off. The first boxes were fine and later on I only received boxes with cheap sh*tty materials.

The worst service ever. Many people, including me are still waiting for the box for February, and in the meantime we got charged for the March box, too. I just cancelled my subscription because all we get is promises.

I sent a goodiebox back, but still got an incasso procedure started. I mentioned this and the team said they fixed it. Now I have an even higher bill than before even though I sent the goodiebox back weeks ago. They say I should go fix it myself. Incredibly rude, don't even order here please.

The goodiebox not what it was before:
Don't get me wrong i still like the goodiebox, but I don't love it anymore, the products are less and less (although the price went up), smaller and more 'useluss' things. It's still great for sometimes discovering new things (but not so frequently as before). I also think they see it themselves because now each month they ask to add products yourself (for which you have to pay obv.). Before I always got so excited for the goodiebox, now it's more of a shrug moment.
But the company itself still has great values so I do hope that they will find their new breath again!

The box itself was very nice. You get a lot for the amount of money you pay. There was a product that was opened and spilled. When I send them an email, they solved it wonderfully.

The products are great, the boxes are pretty (and if you like DIY you can get extremely creative) and the customer service is friendly (nowadays, it's rare enough to mention it). Since the beginning of my subscription, the quality and service has remained impeccable, without any unpleasant surprises. I feel like I'm dealing with an honest company in line with my values.

Their support and goodiepoints makes the company to what it is: awesome and innovating. Definitely worth 5 out of 5!

I just received the advent box and I am so pleased. It is a nice white box with top mirror and 3 drawers filled with 30 Christmas beauty presents, one for every day in December. Every small box hides a nice product like day cream, nail polish, mascara, etc. A really nice present to surprise someone or just for yourself.

I must say I love this monthly treat! The boxes always contain great quality products with a nice variety. I’ve always had great service. In the box I received this month, I had one product that got damaged in the proces. This was the very first time during my membership and I had to contact their costumer services. I got a quick and very friendly reply with a proposal for a compensation for the damaged product. I’m very grateful I got helped so fast and in such a friendly way! Thank you Susanne 😉! I definitely recommend Goodiebox to everyone!

Every month, receiving my Goodiebox is a moment of surprise. A caring packaging and great variety of quality products.
In the 2 years I’ve had the membership, there have been two broken products upon delivery and the happiness team is incredibly reactive and eager to help.
I highly recommend that each person deserves a feel good moment and the Goodiebox is definitely the thing I need to focus on myself 🥰

Goodiebox is in one word ‘amazing’. Every month I look forward to recieve this box. There is a lot of variety between the products. This box is my gift to myself every time and it makes my day when I find it on my doorstep. The service is also incredible, last month I had a product of which the bottle broke and I got the product again and another empty box because it was damaged by the product. It also really nice to get Goodiepoints if you write reviews about your box and what’s in it. You can save these points to get a box for free. My opinion about Goodiebox, 12 points on a marge of 10!
