There is no way of getting in contact with the citizen advice team as it is set in a loop to make you think you are going to be out through to a rep but it will bring you back to the main menu when you wait in 2 mins of the call going … More

Terrible service all round the website is awful cant find any information I need. Tried phoning just took me round the same loop over and over until it hung up on me. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Cold receiptinest it seems like a bogus company filling poor with bad advice no where to but them but you become worst off when you are dealing g with peakam citzen advice and them as head office crooked services I'm reporting them .

I went to citizens advice today who are temporary based in hackney service centre 1 hillman street hackney. This is because their offices are closed for renovations. CITIZENS ADVICE are clearly extorting money from the govenment as a charity and doing the minimal work.

As i said i went to citizens advice temparary based 1 hillman street ...hackney service centre. There was a young asian women in her twenties dressed in black about 4 foot 8 inches working at the citizens advice desk and as i approached her she turned her back and walked off without saying word. I thought you are supposed to have adequate verbal communication skills to work at citizens advice this advisor at citizens adviser is mute .....shocking. I have uploaded pictures of this rude and mute citizen advice women who just walked off without saying a word onto tic tok and instagram to expose her inadeqatcies. Useless.

Polite but respectfully a waste of time. They are unable to help or give any advice worth anything, I knew more about consumer right than the staff I spoke to and had to point him the right direction as what section of the law was is related to my case. Most of all what am most infuriated about is the personal and sensitive data they collect, like my date of birth, address, what type of housing I live in etc, when I called about a purchase I made that was giving me issues, what has that got to do with if I live in a council flat or not. Especially when they say you can’t book an appointment and he was unable to give any advice worth the amount of time wasted to get put through to him.

Sort your damn website out for making complaints...its so trash its embarrassing

I thought I’d go shopping in North End Rd and tried to pay for an hour’s parking , I was shocked at the price of £6:25 per hour , the road was completely empty!
How on earth can they justify this ludicrous price?
Needless to say I didn’t pay or park.
If I’ve gotten this wrong please advise .

Not good service I had to wait on the call for more than 2 hours and it kept hanging up on me

Really helpful with advice about the DWP and Capita.
Said the DWP were very demeaning and useless. They helped with application etc.

I have to admit, I was a little anxious at calling first, having to lay bare my debt problems. However, from the moment I decided to call these guys, I was reassured that the letters I was receiving from a certain debt collection agency were nothing to feel anxious or scared about, but scare mongering tactics to push people into paying quicker, sometimes with money they do not have!

Having called citizens advice to get things into perspective with both the legal and financial side, I was able to respond in time, and professionally with their help.

Financial advisor Alfred Fullah, was very attentive, and responded very quickly to my claim and am very grateful for his help.
