Exploring Canada in a camper is for sure a once in a lifetime experience and great fun. CanaDream has the right product to ensure the holiday is a success. I recommend to book the well in advance. Four points only because I felt the product offering is to complicated with too many options to choose and too many details. I wish there would be easier and streamlined packages (including more customer friendly invoicing). Also, is is apparently practice in Canada, to apply an extra charge if a vehicle is dropped off in a different province, even though the rental company has a branch in the particular other province. This is not unique to CanaDream but tourists should be aware of this situation, as this is not really consumer friendly.

After picking up the RV, we had problems with the bed. A part was broken and at request of the location Halifax we had to return (appr. 200 km extra and a day waiting/ travelling). The manager started to sit on the broken bed. It was broken evenmore. We had no clue why he did this. Then he started a discussion about charging the costs in front of a group of (Dutch) people, waiting for their RV's, while an office was available. The charging discussion changed every minute and was depending on our request for compensation and finally ended open. Prior to the discussion, the staff already gave us some indications for compensation. The manager however did not respond at all to this. We had no clue what to expect. Very unprofessional! The RV and our trip was top. The drop off in Calgary was much more professional and compensation was made, without charging the costs.

We had problems with the bed. A part of the bed was broken and we were asked to return to the location Halifax for repair. This was appr. 200 km from where we were and cost us a day driving and waiting. The manager was very unprofessional. The discussion about charging ended open, so we had no clue what to expect. I would like to have compensation for the delay and kilometers. He did not respond to my request, while his staff by phone already made some suggestions. I wil stop here, although there was actually more te report. At the location in Calgary we were served much better and the compensation was made and no charging.

The pick-up and drop-off of our RV were fast and without any problems. The staff was kind, helpful and professional. We would rent an RV there again.

Amazing experience! Very friendly and relaxed team in Halifax. Clear structures for hand over and return of the RV. Very good instructions and actual manual in the camper.
Great and actual RV with nothing to complain.
If I will return to Canada, CanaDream will be my first choice for an RV!

The ladies in Halifax were nice, but they did not any knowledge about the motorhomes.
There was no good check! Our Light inside did not work, the water did not good.

After a 6-month trip in our own RV, we bridged the waiting time until the return flight to Europe with a rental RV from Canadream instead of staying overnight in a hotel. This was absolutely worth it.
Pickup and return was so easy.

Very good experience. The vehicle was well equipped. I enjoyed the trip without any trouble.

I forgot tripot in the vehicle and they informed me and promised to send it to me to Japan.

Great people at Halifax pick up station. We received the RV on time. Good quality. Good support on the way when we had a question. New RV.

Kind of dream was exemplary from start to finish. The equipment is excellent. The customer service is great. They were there and available when I had questions regarding technical issues and or logistical issues. Wonderful people to work with. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
