Canadream has been amazing for us two summers in a row. Its so easy and they have everything we need.

Easy to book, fast communication, seamless pickup and drop off.

We rented two units as we were traveling as extended family flying into the province. The whole process was easy from booking via phone to the pick up/drop off of the units. The staff at the Halifax location were amazing upon pick up & drop off. We were very appreciative with them calling a cab for us to get back to the airport in a timely manner as well. Everything we needed was provided through our rental. The units were clean & equipped with all modern conveniences & the layouts were perfect. Travelling with young children as well as teenagers, it made our trip around Nova Scotia & PEI stress free & relaxing. We would definitely consider using Canadream for future family adventures!

The pick up and drop off experience at your Halifax branch was stellar! The staff was very friendly and informative. The unit we rented ran and operated well other than the minor inconveniences that come with not owning the RV (it was lacking the options and personal items that we have had with all our personal RV’s).

First time RV renter. Great service and explanations from the Canadream team. RV was brand new and had all the comforts of home. Overall, a great experience!

We booked an early check in and arrived quite early, so we were left waiting until the exact booked time. 3 hours after our check in, we were called to bring the RV back, for reasons we did not fully understood (apparently, no full pre-maintenance had been made on our RV). So we went back and had to ask to reinburse the fee for early check in (no spontaneous offer in this respect).
During the trip we changed our plan and decided to return the RV earlier. I phoned the customer care service to inform you (we were not asking any discount, just informing for being correct). When we arrived to return the RV, apparently the personnel on site was not aware of our early return.

Peace of mind during vacation that education that is done prior to picking up your vehicle. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great vacation. We can’t wait to plan another one.

Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and everything on the motorhome worked perfectly. Not cheap, but also not outrageously expensive. It was a great way to explore Nova Scotia and PEI.

We made a mistake on the reservation and made it for a day later than we arrived. The team pulled out all the stops and got our RV ready for us before going home. Returning it was easy and efficient. We really appreciated all that they did for us.

Our trip was in early July. The unit is clean new, well equipped. Everything functioned well. I echo the comment that the smoke detector is sensitive! Check in and check out times were key to us because we had a flight to catch. The inspection and checkout was thorough and fair to us. I would recommend this company.

Amazing staff, RV smelled like a brand new house! Would def do it again and recommend to anyone to explore Canada at their own pace.

We rented two motorhomes. The pickup process was extremely slow. Canadream promotes an online check-in and orientation session to speed things up, but in our view, although there were enough staff members, everything moved at a snail's pace. Unlike other providers, pickup only takes place in the afternoon, meaning a full day is lost.
The scheduled pickup times were 3:30 PM for the first vehicle and 4:00 PM for the second; however, we were told there would be a delay and that they were working as fast as possible—after all, they had 12 vehicles to hand over. By 4:30 PM, the first motorhome still hadn't been handed over. When you still need to go grocery shopping and get to a campsite, time becomes very tight. That’s not what I call good service.
Wi-Fi: stay away. It didn't work for us. It’s provided by a third party and includes only 5 GB; you have to purchase any additional data, which requires registration. It’s laughable—how are you supposed to download an app and register when you don't have a connection? It’s better to book a travel pack with your own mobile provider back home; it works out cheaper in the end.
The motorhome's power outlets only work if you have an external hookup at the campsite. Without one, a coffee machine is useless. We do recommend renting the chairs, though.
Returning the vehicle was completely hassle-free, and the motorhome itself was very clean and comfortable.
