When we arrived to pickup our RV the staff were ready to greet us, sign us in, go over our rental agreement, answer all questions we had and show us our rental RV. The host and the entire staff were friendly and courteous. They offered to keep our travel bags so we didn't have to keep them in the RV with us which was a great help.
When we arrived back, again the staff were ready for us and the checkout process was quick and easy. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is even during the booking process which we completed months earlier.

We had an early pickup, not sure if that influenced the service, as drop off for other units is at the same time and they are busy. The service could have been improved, the focus seem to be on confirming previous damage to the unit which was sometimes hard to find (very minor like a paint chip) but made you aware of what it might be like/cost you when you returned it. We were first time renters and had some trouble finding where everything was, like the "tool kit" if you want to call the junk that, was in the bucket under the sink, etc. They missed putting in the extra toilet paper we purchased. I would recommend that they have a check list with locations of things when you arrive. Even though the info is in the brochure they could let you know about some new features such as auto braking, distance control on the speed control, engine braking controls etc.

Nice People and an good wide camper. We had some problems with the electric. But we find out de problem.

The service when picking up the motor home was not so good because the employee didn’t have time for us. Not all damages were documented and it took us 1,5 hours to go through the motor home. When returning it the service was excellent.

Very kindly received by the same woman when picking up and returning the RV. She guided us perfectly with the procedure for picking up, but also again when returning.

Small issues that became annoying. The folding kitchen counter shelf popped out on the first day out. Tried to repair & they popped out again. The outside cargo storage door fasteners were very difficult to deal with as were the locks. The entrance door was difficult. The kitchen knives were dull.

Good experience with CanaDream. RV was in perfect condition, service was good.

The service was great and the RV performed exactly as expected.

Clean well functioning Deluxe Camper Van, easy to drive with a lot of nice features, including easy way to monitor tank levels. Staff was professional and answered our questions.

Everything was fine with the RV. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at pick up and return, although the pick up took longer than expected.

Returning RV has been absolutely fair with no problematic discussions. The location is a little bit far away from the city of Halifax or from the airport and is not connected by public transportation.

The whole experience was very good. The pickup service was amazing and informative. The floor was dangerously slippery. Drop off was bad as there was no direction of what and where the unit is to be put. The 2 people that were to take the unit were unable to tell us where or what was expected. Would recommend a shuttle to the airport available as the 21/2 hour wait was long.

We had an amazing vacation with the van. From the excellent customer service, to the comfort of the van, it made everything easy. The instruction video and booklet were very helpful, the fridge and freezer were a great size. I also liked how they would take our leftover food items to the food bank for us.
