£15k car broke down on way home. Wouldn’t refund.
Pressured into buying car as something felt off. Told myself to stop being silly and make the decision. £15k, bought car, *broke down on way home*! Refused to fix and kept leading me on for months. Stress and anxiety inducing. Felt as though let my family down. Read a lot of reviews before buying a car which turned out to be bots/fake.
Inconsistent uneducated, low paid, clueless staff with clearly no other employment options. Sending AI generated scrips in response to questions via email.
Called several times daily. Once left on hold by a girl for 60 mins. Called back on another line and she answered. Either way I genuinely fear for staff safety due to the positions they are put in - dealing with such desperate and angry people and not being allowed to refund them or help them. Terrible karma.
Eventually only got my money back after telling them my plans of a Saturday petition outside their locations.
I would give 0 if possible. Horrendous experience. Turns out I’m not alone and over 1/3 of experiences on here have been 1 star.
Not great when pertaining to important life experiences that you spend thousands on. A 60-something percent chance of a car working is quite the gamble. Please dont risk it.

My husband travelled to see a car that…
My husband travelled to see a car that wasn’t there and was told it was at another branch and already reserved.
Paid a deposit and every time I call about a refund, they say someone will call and then hang up when I ask to speak to a supervisor. Do not ignore the red flags at this garage.

DISCUSTING EXPERIENCE
These guys are the biggest bunch of scammers I've ever come across ! 😕😕
We did a five hour round trip from Norwich, AFTER PUTTING DOWN THE £99 DEPOSIT (WHICH STILL HASN'T BEEN RETURNED)
Just to be told that the car was nolonger for sale.
Just avoid, cut your losses, and go home !

This company is awful
This company is awful. I went in looking for a car and the lady and man pressured me into test driving other expensive cars when i was set on one car. They pressured me into putting a deposit and then went ahead and did numerous credit score checks without consent which now affected my credit score. Asked for my deposit and they kept making excuses. I would NOT recommend this place at all especially if you are nervous and looking for your first car, all they care about is making the sale!
