Poor quality case falling apart
Delivery took ages, phone case was quite expensive and the edges started separating and peeling off for no reason after just six months. Very poor quality, buy from somewhere else

I had to buy the cover twice
I had to buy the cover twice. During the first time the payment was completed but the order didn’t show on my profile. I tried to contact the support team, but after explaining the problem they stopped replying.
I still bought the item because I wanted it for my mom’s birthday, however I had to pay it twice and to pay extra for the faster shipping in order to make it arrive on time after having waited for the support team response

Good product, clunky website
I’ve bought an iPhone case from Casetify before, which I loved and definitely contributed to the long life of my phone. I found the process of looking at the cases on offer to be really clunky- slow to load, the same case appearing multiple times, and no way to meaningfully filter designs by colour or feature. That really slowed down my purchase, if I wasn’t a previous customer I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
