Since then, CASETiFY has grown into one of the three biggest accessory brands in the world. DHL contacted me by phone number to ask…

DHL contacted me by phone number to ask for the value of the goods. Then I had to find the invoice and email them. Isn’t this something that should automatically be properly provided by the seller? How come other sellers are able to do this seamlessly and Casetify with their huge price mark-ups cannot do this? Also they print to order so I don’t see why they can’t reprint older designs, and how some designs can be out of stock? It’s truly bizarre. But the quality of the hardware itself is good so 3* for that; unfortunately the experience of purchase is below average

Poor communication regarding shipping and tracking. When cover finally arrived, not even a month in and the decorative film is chipping.

The address field automatically fills…

The address field automatically fills in the wrong city (I DO NOT live in Seattle) which cannot be changed and I started receiving text messages and I did not sign up or want to receive texts.

It's a bit disappointing that the…

It's a bit disappointing that the application is only available on the App Store. I hope it will also be released on the Google Play Store. I also hope a standing case will be made available for the Samsung Galaxy S series.
