I dont know why the recent bad reviews but i have been buying from Catwalk for the last 15 years. One of the top wholesalers in UK. Agree they have closed the phone lines but as have all the other businesses but my emails are replied within minutes. ALways on trend styles and amazing customer service.

I have used Catwalk for years and received a great service, however over the last 6-12 months things have changed and deteriorated drastically, starting with the fact that you can no longer contact them by phone which means you can’t address anything there & then and have to wait for them to reply to your message which is rarely within 24 hours and rarely answers your question only what suits them.

I now have had 2/3 deliveries not turn up on time, one of which should have been delivered on Tuesday and I am still waiting now at 16.35 on Thursday . I have customers waiting for orders.

So unfortunately a company that I would gave highly recommended have now become one that I doubt I will use again!!

THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THEIR AWEFUL GOODS.
THEY MAY SAY THEY DO BUT THEY'LL IGNORE YOUR REQUEST UNTIL AFTER THE DEADLINE, AND THEN MESS YOU ABOUT SENDING THE WRONG ITEM CODES AND TRYING TO CONFUSE THE SITUATION.

Catwalk Warehouse has a large range of Alfaparf hair products, I love the Semi Dilino, staff are very helpful, great service, and prices highly recommend.

I ordered over £500 worth of items for reselling purpose. I ordered on a Thursday at 8am and was told I had free next day delivery. My order did not come until Monday late morning. I have unpacked all my order and on inspection I have found the clothing to be incredibly poor quality, the stitching on almost every garment is Freyed. Some parts are not even sewn together properly. None of the items look anything like the pictures advertised. I am incredibly disappointed i dont know if i am even able sell these items, il be lucky to make my money back let alone any profit. I will not be buying from here again.

The quality are not good unable to sell due to bad quality

I was so exited, but when I received my order.. I felt a little disappointed. the quality is very cheap and doesn't. look like the foto's... I literally feel that I don't want the order anymore...

We just received our first order and the clothes are wonderful quality. Customer service is great and very responsive and shipping is fast. We are working on our second order now .

Made very welcome right from the start, was very nervous after bad experience at another shop that morning. I was quickly put at ease with the warm friendly atmosphere and the lady who served me very quickly grasped what Suited me. The shop is amazingly clean and tidy and all staff are friendly causing a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone, thank you so much.

Once again, excellent service from Catwalk. If ever I have a query they always reply on the same day and try to sort it for me. I have placed many orders with them for my shop. Deliveries all arrive quickly and as described on their site.

Highly annoyed placed order on the 2nd june expected delivery next day as stated on the website. But not received so giving them the benefit of the doubt as it was weekend expected items by Monday Tuesday the latest. We'll still 10 days and nothing poor working tracking details provided by FedEx and it shows that parcel was only collected from wholesalers on the 6th. Tracking stops there though with no further updates. Have been waiting in more than a week. Email received after enquiries on missing parcel. Now they claiming FedEx made 2 attempts to deliver and asking me to pay for delivery again if I still want my order? I am not at fault and no offer of compensation.

Update 12 June. Email response saying that I missed cut of time for next day delivery. Although this was not clear. Order placed on Friday 2nd so if not processed until Mon 5th and collected from wholesaler on the 6th then the very latest my parcel should have arrived allowing for any delay is on Thurs 8th.

Tracking provided does not show anything besides pick up from depot. Claiming to send screenshots from courier which were blank png files. You have my contact details and mobile number provided for couriers on order also.

Not happy I been patient and then made to feel like I am at fault, alleging courier has made 2 attempts and no proof provided. Asking me to check my address details are correct. Which they are. I have had no other issues with business arriving at my address.

If FedEx are at fault then they are costing you business with inadequate tracking.

Update 13th.

I have now received a refund for this order, which I chose not to continue as I can not rely on FedEx and correct address and mobile number provided. They have not communicated they were unable to find address, if they actually did indeed attempt delivery as the tracking stops at collection from the depot and does not show courier anywhere near my address.

Hopefully Catwalk consider a more reliable courier, thankyou for a timely refund.

Very good wholesaler,all the clothier I ordered they are the same as in the picture. If they are different from the pictures,inform us. I really recommend. Thank you :)
