I was having a problem redeeming my US dollars back to sterling on both the app and online. I was frustrated so called the UK support team number. Marfe was my support agent and she had an easy going customer- focussed manner but more importantly excellent product and systems knowledge too!! Marfe was able to remove the systems error and then kept on the line to help talk me through the process of switching some of my US dollars to Euros and redeeming the remaining US dollars back to Sterling. This will be very helpful to me in the future. Marfe also updated me on the Caxton card improved functionality (10 years ago the card could only hold one currency at a time) such as being able to hold up to 15 different currencies on the card at one time. Marfe also explained the card renewal process and the notification that will appear on my online account in August this year with the ability to choose to renew early. I think Marfe is amazing and a fantastic ambassador for Caxton. Well done!!

Third time lucky…..I had issues registering a secondary card until I spoke to Hugo. I have to say he was courteous and honestly went the extra mile to ensure it was all set up. He remained with us until we were “up and running” and the secondary card was fully activated and registered.

Very disappointed with claxton on their ability to be able to solve problems when there is one time unfortunately unable to use my account which I have put a substantial amount of money away from my holiday when trying to pay for hotels I am now locked out of that account because of verification which they are not allowing me to do and cannot correct when you phone customer help you go to an overflow line with people who have no access to accounts no ability to help you to get to the bottom of what's going wrong all they can do is give an email and Eva email you to have your account closed or email for assistance to the same person you were trying to call if this is the level of customer service that claxton is now putting forward I have no option but to close my account.
