Invaluable Help and Advice - Navigating the Caxton Card top-up process smoothly
Having tried on 2 occasions previously, today, to seek assistance from the CAXTONS team on the process to be had to top up my Caxton Currency card, I eventually was handed over to Keshawn Farquarson who walked me step by step through a process I was totally unfamiliar with. My transfer went through smoothly and I have learnt another useful lesson today, thanks very much to Keshawn.

Professional response to my enquiry
After attempting to reset my Password unsuccessfully, I had to contact Caxton direct for assistance to allow me to access my account.
Caxton Card operations executive Vivienne was very helpful and attentive, and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes.
Very happy with the service.

Technical issue resolved promptly
I spoke to customer service to resolve a technical issue with my recent transactions. The lady l spoke to gave me several options to fix it. When they didn't work. She referred the issue to the technical team. The problem was resolved within 24 hours and l am now able to see my recent transactions on the app. The customer service lady was very polite, helpful and understood my query. She promised to let me know when the problem has been dealt with. Thank you Vivienne.

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Resolution
Hugo responded to my query quickly and provided an immediate resolution. Once again, he demonstrated why we continue to choose Caxton Cards for our international travel needs.
He was professional, attentive, and easy to deal with throughout. He took the time to understand the issue and resolved it efficiently with no fuss. The level of customer service was excellent from start to finish.
A great experience and another reason I would highly recommend Caxton. 10/10 service.
