Having tried on 2 occasions previously, today, to seek assistance from the CAXTONS team on the process to be had to top up my Caxton Currency card, I eventually was handed over to Keshawn Farquarson who walked me step by step through a process I was totally unfamiliar with. My transfer went through smoothly and I have learnt another useful lesson today, thanks very much to Keshawn.

The facility of the travel card is good. I had very prompt and courteous help when I had an issue with a dormant account.

After attempting to reset my Password unsuccessfully, I had to contact Caxton direct for assistance to allow me to access my account.
Caxton Card operations executive Vivienne was very helpful and attentive, and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

I spoke to customer service to resolve a technical issue with my recent transactions. The lady l spoke to gave me several options to fix it. When they didn't work. She referred the issue to the technical team. The problem was resolved within 24 hours and l am now able to see my recent transactions on the app. The customer service lady was very polite, helpful and understood my query. She promised to let me know when the problem has been dealt with. Thank you Vivienne.

Hugo stayed on the phone with me whilst helping me navigate the website. He was very patient and polite despite losing conection a couple of times and having to ring me back. He was very reassuring and then put me through very quickly to someone who could help with my account details and a query about a transaction I might make.
