Good customer service
It took a while to do the thing I wanted but the customer support were very helpful and kept me informed by email all the way. They were very diligent in security checks which is obviously very important.
Have been using Caxton card abroad to pay in Euros for years and never had any problems

I have found using Caxton really easy and very useful when abroad. Loading money is easy, new card provided before old one expired, easy to activate, and never had trouble using it abroad. Easy to check balance. Not sure what else they can do to improve the service, for what I use it for.
