Excellent price, delivery to store was delayed by DX but the Guildford store were really helpful and chased it up, calling me as soon as it arrived. Overall a good experience and I’d buy again.

Good ordering service but when I picked the order up I was told that it was at Redditch and not Solihull where I had booked , so I got on my car and the guy came out and said sorry we do have it? So I have very happy I didn’t drive to Redditch or else I would have been very angry . Out of the pack of 6 Les bulbs two of them do not work , so now o have to return and replace them. Other that that I have always been very happy ordering from CEF

Hi well thank you for the speedy and punctual delivery. It isn't your fault that it turned out I need five core not four core, that was down to AI and anyway I can use this cable in fiuture so thank you. But for less than you charged a local supplier found me five core and a bunch of industrial connectors. So only three stars as it was a bit overpriced. But thank you.

I ordered an architrave box and switch online as local stores had no stock. After fitting the box I found that the switch didn't fit the box. When I went to my local store they told me that they had boxes that never show up online. I had to buy a new box and refit. Altogether a painful experience.⁹

Have ordered from this company a couple of time ,very competitive on prices. And customer service is very good .

CEF online is a good convenient service, unfortunately the delivery is very unreliably.
Multiple times I’ve had deliveries delayed which had a knock on effect with scheduled works.

Awful customer service. Had to cancel an order as wasn’t going to get it on time, there delay. Since then no reply for days and several emails and no refund

CEF were by far the cheapest suppliers. Their communication and delivery time was first class.

Excellent customer service, actually spoke to a real person, who resolved my issue efficiently and quickly, would definitely recommend this company.

Fast, efficient and reliable, I would use CEF again.

Click and collect ordered items some come from another shop which was fine. The rest no notification uto tell you it's ready.had a conversation with someone from cef only to be told it's there but you have to come in and pay before you get notification. Why would you send notification when I went in paid collect order. Sort your system out two visits waste of my time.
