I've been using CEF in Watford for many years now and hold an account with them. through this I was introduced to Rob Downes the account manger, I now only use rob as my point of call as his work rate and ethic is outstanding. he always goes above and beyond to make sure my quotations and orders are done quick and efficiently.
following on from this his goes out his way to see if CEF could help my business strive by checking if i have any work they can quote or tender for.
I will be using CEF for all my future electrical needs and will be contacting Rob from here on out.

Really bad service.
I tried to place an order multiple times, but CEF online system gives errors after submitting card details.
The customer support interrogating me and accusing me of not entering payment details correctly. Buying items online isn't first time for majority of us these days. So I know what details need to be in when paying online.
The customer support only following a script when when customers complains. They are not trying to find a solution but get rid of the customer without actually fixing the issue. Once the customer go away and call back it won't be the same customer service rep.
The attitude of CEF employees are very poor. They seems not caring, because they will have the job whether they help a customer or not.
