I found the whole experience very positive. I didn't really know what to expect as I haven't sold jewellery before but I was immediately put at ease. Lovely premises, the gentleman who served me was so professional, courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend this company and have no hesitation in returning.i would not go anywhere else. Have been buying small quantities of gold and silver on a number of occasions from Chards. Most important for me is reliability followed by timely and secure delivery. Items arrive, without exception, in good time by special delivery which avoids lengthy waits when doubts can begin to creep in. Competitive pricing adds to the favourable experience with Chards.

Absolutely the most honest company, with impeccable integrity. All products are checked for authenticity, the prices are extremely competitive, and the service excellent. Good service but collection protocol is lousy
Re-assuring tel and email support. Reliable and sensible pricing. One glitch which needs to be ironed out: Collection service via DPD is very unsettling; the driver collects high value gold for sale, but gives no code, ID, name or reference. Driver said he has to be genuine because he knew where/when to collect! Frankly, that's not good enough for high value collections.
