A lot of promise with only half the delivery.

A very disappointing service.

They may have a good handle on out of UK cinemas, but the basic requirements of a UK cinema are sadly underwhelming.

We were sold a dream of a system that was far superior to the AdmitOne system, but the reality is its essentially flawed.

The operator's (based in Sri Lanka not US Or UK like their websites imply) cant comply with basic requirements and sit on queries in our case 16 months, to try and get a simple family ticket operational. But if you withhold payment or in our case we delayed it (by 100 days) they don’t like it.

As a fledgling charity cinema, we were sold by the functionality that we were promised, but it does not exist and anyone who is considering this organisation and an other should seriously consider the other first.

The website promises an all bells and whistles system, but the reality is that the bells have no clappers and the whistles have no balls, unlike this organisation who definitely have them to pull the stunts they pull.

Great customized system

We have an Open Air Cinema with a restaurant and we needed quite a few customization. They were always willing to help us listening to all our requests and very patient waiting for us to be sure we had all as we wanted.
The system we built look great and is very easy to use.High level of support. We would definitely recommend it to whoever run a cinema.
