Good experience from start to finish, Sally was professional concise and a pleasure to deal with gave me a quote for three windows with no silly sales techniques. I was kept updated with timescales and found everyone pleasant to deal with . The fitters were excellent came on time and never stopped working and left no mess

I’ve had a very poor experience with Coral Windows. The first point of the process with their sales rep was as to be expected and I cannot complain about my experience with him. However the service drastically dropped in quality from that point onwards. My window fitting was in complete. The fitters left exposed wood and the concrete used was the incorrect colour. When raising this issue, it took over 2 weeks to come out and inspect this. Once it was agreed that it was a poor finish, I paid 85% of the invoice. But then it took almost 9 weeks for someone to come out and correct the issues. After this, I was bombarded with WhatsApp message and phone calls to make payment for the remaining 15% of the invoice. Due to my work commitments, I was unable to respond immediately. I then received a threatening voicemail from Coral regarding a 7 day letter, which I find very ironic considering their inability to stick to appropriate timescales. Overall Coral lack prioritisation of customer satisfaction and I received a very poor service.

As mentioned in other reviews, we purchased a 200 year old cottage in Cayton near Filey at the beginning of June 2026. One of the jobs that needed immediate attention was to replace an old window and upgrade the rear door to a modern secure Stable door that fitted into the age of the cottage. Many companies were asked for quotes but the only one that stood out from initial contact to fitting was Coral. Straight to the point, no faffing with salesman that thought I'd just fell off a Xmas Tree, just good quality products that were sold to me by a knowledgeable salesman then fitted by a guys that new exactly what they were doing. Their quote was mid range that suited our budget and from start to finish the job was done in just over 3 weeks. Thank you team Coral.
10/10 from us . MW.

And also when the guys came to fit the door experience was okay. Thank you very much. I know it’s not a cheap door, but you can see the quality.

From first contact to completion, the whole experience of having every window in my house, along with the porch, replaced with triple glazed units was straightforward with the minimum of disruption. The two excellent fitters, Dan and Liam, worked tidily and efficiently and did a quality job with no damage whatsoever to the internal decoration. When a minor problem did arise the project manager Lewis travelled over and resolved it on site with no delay. The finished job is high quality and has improved my property significantly. No deposit or payment was required until the job was completed to my satisfaction.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Would absolutely recommend Coral. Extremely happy with the service. We had a full house done. Windows, doors and a french door. This was done by Dan and Liam. We also got the roofline replaced by Andy and Tyler. Everyone was friendly and professional. Lewis managed the whole process and was always available. Would absolutely use again!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Excellent quality of windows and excellent fitting team. Lee, Phil and Mark worked together like a well oiled machine. They worked so hard and were so helpful and professional. I couldn’t give a better recommendation.

Had my door fitted less than a week ago and really happy with the finished product, however everything else was a bit of a shambles from beginning to end and even had some kind of glue or silicone left all down my drive after just having it re sanded and sealed but was told to "buy something off amazon" to clean it, not really impressed.

Facts:
I was told by a Coral employee that a bad review won’t appear on Coral’s website.
More expensive frame than required presented by sales.
The price for the windows was agreed, contracts signed, showing scaffolding not needed, other window suppliers told I’d be using Coral, surveyor visits and now scaffolding needed. The cost to me £470 and I couldn’t have my preferred choice of glass in the bathroom. This has really annoyed me and I don’t think it’s fair.
Roofing tiles needed replacing.
Incorrect render colour used for repair.
Render repairs needed replacing, second team much better finish.
Sealant needed to be redone on front windows.
36 phone calls, 17 with sales, 19 instillation with then replace and repair.
9 follow up visits.
Instillation begun 5th May, last repair or replace visit 18th June.
Sales readily available, surveyor seemed knowledgeable, installation manager responded quickly and efficiently. He came himself to help to finally get the job completed to a satisfactory standard.
Wonder if the payment for a recommendation I used will appear?
My response to the Coral reply.
When talking to the sales team scaffolding was discussed and it was the experienced Coral manager who decided it wasn’t needed, a price was agreed and contract signed. Following the surveyor’s recommendation scaffolding was needed but the extra £470 cost was passed to me. I don’t think it’s fair that this extra cost was passed to me after price agreed and contract signed. The Coral manager should have factored it in before negotiating the price, they will have considered such decisions for every job. The surveyor did say this problem with scaffolding has happened quite regularly.
Yes I do know any monies for recommendations goes to the person who has made the recommendation, it was explained by the Coral manager every time I have asked.
Further info - a week has passed and no one has contacted me.
Finally senior management did contact me and my daughter received the recommendation money very quickly.
Coral have accepted they have made mistakes so I hope things improve and I have been given a small payment.

I'm very happy to recommend Coral windows for your house renovations. Everyone I dealt with from Charles who came to my house for the initial appointment and he was the only representative who made smart choices in advising me for a much better result from what I was expecting. And the people who kept me informed over the phone of every stage in the process. And finally to the 2 fitters Scott and Ben who were very professional, friendly, courteous and very importantly tidy, thanks guy's for a really great job done well, and now I'm the envy of all my neighbours 🙂
