Unfortunately they are just far too small. Because I paid the £7 fee for personalisation I can’t return them. I thought £7 was quite pricey. I don’t think you should offer this size and keep it simple with a standard mug size and maybe an extra large. This size isn’t really useable.

Sorry you feel this way, we try and make the sizes very clear on the website with a staggered image of the 5 sizes, the amount they hold, their size in the product name and dimensions stated against each item too. A lot of customers like this size mug for children or to use as an espresso mug so we'll be keeping this size available too.
