Very disappointed
Very disappointed with recent order and service. Sizing was incorrect despite following size chart. Return and refund took a long time, and unhappy to have to pay for return. Would have preferred exchange but not possible online only by using premium phone number.

Cotton Traders is top class. Not cheap as it used to be but it is quality. Clothes are well made and perfect fit. Easy to order - online website is superb.

Had to wait a while to receive my…
Had to wait a while to receive my trousers as they use Evri whose delivery to me is appalling. Not Cotton Traders fault but won’t be ordering online again.
The trousers I bought said super stretchy but they barely stretch at all. Very disappointing all round.
