Pleased with skirt BUT
Pleased with skirt and delivered promptly.
BUT my husbands order which was meant to be 24 hour delivery is still awaited 3 days later. For this reason neither of us will buy from you online while you use EVRI as your delivery method.

Easy to use website from just browsing or looking for something specific. Good quality goods especially when you get them in the sale. There are several delivery options. I chose to pick mine up at a store and I received it within a few days. I was kept informed by the company at each stage of the process. Excellent service.

Very well made quality clothing
Very well made, correct to size, quality clothing always delivered on time.
Have been using Cotton Traders for over 30 years. Still have and wear the original chino trousers.
The only things I do not find as good are the footwear. My wife has recently returned 2 pairs of shoes that were too wide for her. Trousers, shorts, polo shirts and t shirts are great, footwear not so good

Returns items
Returns items Had to ring as no contact that item had been received after a week. Although when tracked had only taken 2 days to be delivered to you
Needed to ring to chase it up ( still waiting to hear back regarding another returns which I know was received a week ago
