Great on-line shopping and a sit to be trusted
Only 4 stars as delivery took over a week

I had an issue with my order and returned 2 skirts that had faults, customer services were very helpful and efficient. Third skirt arrived and it is perfect, comfortable and lovely material!

The essence was being unable to try on these items when ordered online. I described them as too small, primarily because I have a wide fit at the front, while the back was too loose. Return was easy to a local store. A delayed delivery was advised after already waiting for 3 weeks but no explanation. (Chinese manufacture, yet again for a British company). I was completely unimpressed by Evri, which promised to let me know when out for delivery; I was notified by email less than 2 hours before the intended slot, only to be disappointed when nothing arrived. It was only the following morning that I had an 'updated delivery time'. Why do companies persist in using this poor quality parcel post?

Towels excellent only issue the loose fibers getting everywhere. Realise this is normal for cotton towels and will eventually cease. Otherwise lovely colour, soft, quick drying.

Great clothes, designs, sizings, come quickly and we can put them on straight away!

Cotton Traders' clothing style is what I call 'understated elegance', i.e., it doesn't need bold prints, strange colour combinations or revealing cuts to get someone's attention. The dress l ordered was a lovely shade of green and the fabric was very pretty. It's so difficult finding cotton dresses these days so l was glad to find this one. The ordering is quick and easy whether online or by phone and the staff are always efficient and friendly.
