I haven’t received my order yet
I haven’t received my order yet, 1st August. I’d forgotten Cotton Traders use Evri for delivery and I have never had a good result from them. They say they’ve got my package but it’s been delayed. I won’t be ordering again

I like the option of collecting.
I chose to collect my item from the shop, it gave me the option to try my item on before to see if it fitted. I think that is a great option, not every outlet does the same.

Pleased with skirt BUT
Pleased with skirt and delivered promptly.
BUT my husbands order which was meant to be 24 hour delivery is still awaited 3 days later. For this reason neither of us will buy from you online while you use EVRI as your delivery method.

Great all round service…
Easy to use website from just browsing or looking for something specific. Good quality goods especially when you get them in the sale. There are several delivery options. I chose to pick mine up at a store and I received it within a few days. I was kept informed by the company at each stage of the process. Excellent service.

Very well made quality clothing
Very well made, correct to size, quality clothing always delivered on time.
Have been using Cotton Traders for over 30 years. Still have and wear the original chino trousers.
The only things I do not find as good are the footwear. My wife has recently returned 2 pairs of shoes that were too wide for her. Trousers, shorts, polo shirts and t shirts are great, footwear not so good
