Very good product/service.

I love it that clothes are so well made and in uk. They last and last and last. They are also very good fit even the shoes. One complaint though, I take a 29” trouser leg on the denim stretch pull ons, I now have to have them taken up. Otherwise, no other problems.

Quality and purchase process/delivery options always very good, but I would suggest that sizing accuracy has become a bit hit and miss?

Ordered 2 comfy bras size 10/12 and these would actually fit my 7 year old granddaughter as a tee shirt !
They measure 12” across at the widest point and I complained about the sizing being way off.
Still being charged £2.95 to return them !!!

Just the sort of camisole tops I have been looking for & couldn't find anything in the shops to suit me. Saw your ad in the Yours magazine with an enticing discount & although a little disappointed you hadn't actually got them in stock, they have been well worth the wait.

I'm a long term customer and I've always been very happy. It sometimes is a shame that my size (which is an average size) is often out of stock, but other than that, highly recommended.

I love Cotton Traders and have bought from them for many years as the quality is great for the prices charged. I have been a bit disappointed recently in finding clothes - jumpers, tshirts, mainly, - are getting bigger although the size label is still the same. It's more evident in lenghs. I will keep looking as I have always been so happy with everything.

Always buy my chinos from Cotton Traders and use them for work on the farm . they last for ever and if they fade I dye them . Some of them are very old now but they keep going . Eventually the belt hoops give up and then the knees wear through but this is only after 6-8 years.

Good products and good fast and efficient service. Bought several cotton and soft touch shirts and two pairs of chinos recently. I am always impressed on the quality of the products and importantly the fit. Always spot on and roomy. I will certainly buy more chinos now i know they fit so well and strongly made

We placed an order and realised the delivery and billing address were wrong. We called customer service immediately, to be told no changes can be made, even though more importantly for them, the billing address was wrong! They would not make any changes, just kept referring us to the website T&C’s and said the onus is on us to check details before confirming the order. We appreciate that, but everyone makes a mistake now and again, I cannot believe they would not make any changes within two to thee minutes of the order being placed, nor could we cancel the order, surely that’s unreasonable! Terrible customer service, totally unhelpful.

We have bought a lot from this company and it’s the first time we’ve needed to call customer service, I’m quite shocked they were so unhelpful, particularly because I imagine a lot of their clientele are in a certain age demographic. Not sure we’ll order from them again.

quick service good quality bit expensive for a pair of shorts though

Quick delivery of part of the order, but I'm still waiting for the rest. It's a shame the shorts only have 1 ba k pocket.

Disliked the amount of time to arrive,
The items look nice, but was thankful ordered bigger size than normal, as the bigger size only just fits
