Two pairs of corduroy trousers for 54 quid what’s not to like.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and have a good knowledge . They go beyond an and above to give good customer service . It is always a pleasure to be able to shop with them.

I went in to look for a pair of boots my mum had seen in another branch.
They hadn’t had her size in the branch she visited so I popped into the Clacton Factory Outlet branch to see if they had them.
Cassie was amazing. She was not only knowledgeable about what stick was available, but she also went out of her way to try to find the correct boots and order them.
Sadly we were unable to get the size she wanted, but Cassie definitely went over and above what I expected from a store.
I will definitely visit again because of the service received.

I bought a few items yesterday and probably will be back for a beautiful too I should have bought and didn’t. The quality of the items are excellent and there is a good choice for both men and ladies.
The service yesterday. Thursday was excellent. I was looking for a specific item but there were none in my size. She looked through the stock and made a huge effort whilst being so friendly and approachable. Even though the item was sold out I got excellent service and as I said I will be back.

Ordered online and collected at shop. Assistants always helpful and any problems sorted out. . One of my tops wasn’t right so the assistant sent it back and I was offered a refund. The other top was lovely.

I wanted to write this review as so many are quick to write complaints but not as quick to write about superb service and that is what Cassandra from this branch offered me. I had been looking for some shorts for my husband for our impending holiday and had no idea that the company did clothing for larger people. She looked in a new delivery that had just arrived and sourced several pairs of shorts that she thought would fit the brief that I had been given from my husband. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem to return any that were not suitable.
I am unaware of her position in the company but I would hope that she would be promoted as there are not many people that would have gone the extra mile that she did. Huge thanks for your kindness Cassandra and we’ll be back soon.

Bought a very nice dress from the reduced items and as it looked so nice I then ordered the same design but shorter & different colour on line
