Very professional customer service…

Very professional customer service staff, quick response. My order didn't fit well so I returned it and the refund process was so quick I was amazed. I placed a new order and it was delivered very fast, the quality is superb, size fit perfectly. I recommend 100%.

Been messed about

Been messed about . Item ordered 18 July not yet arrived. Due to road works meaning my property was inaccessible I notified you before I was given any details of delivery and asked for my package to be diverted to the local post office....that was 5 days ago and still heard nothing

Back seam?

I ordered fullladiespants size 16, which I have had before and have been very pleased with.
However, this last order was not so wide and longer,with a seam up the back, which is quite uncomfortable.

finding i have to pay for returns is…

finding i have to pay for returns is off putting .also when i have returned anything i have to wait far too long for my return to be acknowledged .shame because i like cotton traders but they need to be aware of how many companies offer free returns

Orders always arrive on time

Orders always arrive on time. The sizes are as expected. The cotton clothes feel comfortable. The dress I ordered was synthetic and did not feel soft to the skin. I had to return it. Although the pattern I liked.
