Clothing is very good but the courier…
Clothing is very good but the courier -EVRI are not, items ordered and despatched on 22/7/26. Delivery was out for delivery on 24/7/26. Had message to say courier unable to deliver and it would be next working day estimated as Tuesday. Dont know what happened to Saturday and Monday. Finally arrived Wed 29/7/26 late afternoon.

Good quality, comfortable at a good price
I have used cotton traders for over 30 years but after losing some weight and needed some more shorts I searched through various shops and outlets but wasn’t satisfied. Did what I should have done in the first place and went back to Cotton Traders. Slight gamble on the sizes but fortunately got it right and very happy with the results. Top quality, good looking, comfortable shorts, delivered on time at a good price. Should have known better than to waste time trying elsewhere.

The short pull on pants I ordered, were supposed to be a 27 leg. Unfortunately they were very long indeed for a 27 what I normally am. Please do a shorter leg. Eg. A 25 leg. Thankyou. Otherwise they would have been o.k..

Ordered an item online which stated it…
Ordered an item online which stated it was available. Then had an email to say it was now out of stock. My money was refunded. As I needed the item I had to reorder it in a different colour but I again had to pay for postage which I had already done in my first order.
This situation was not my fault as the item was supposed to be available. Why should I have to do this?
