Waited over a Week for a refund on the…

Waited over a Week for a refund on the Panama hat that had arrived squashed in a bag, surely you should pack hats in a box ? I use to really rate Cotton Traders but not any more. Garments are great but the service is very poor. Your delivery company is also sub standard.

Good as ever

These t shirts were easy to order and a good price. The quality is what we have come to expect from Cotton Traders! - very good as usual. The fit us good and accurate to size. My husband is very pjeased with them.
