Lost jacket
The jacket I ordered was lost at Evri’s Depot but Cotton Traders immediately dispatched a replacement for me.
The jacket I bought is well cut and fits true to size and I’m very satisfied with its quality.

Since writing a review on Trust pilot complaining about the lack of follow up service from Cotton Traders after a parcel was damaged in transit, I received a response from Cotton Traders within an hour, Hopefully this resolves the problem

I have checked the tracking and can see that the parcel was damaged and a replacment parcel was sent out on the 14/07/26, please allow 3-5 working days for the replacment to arrive.

I ordered some clothes from you. The courier said they had delivered the parcel, but the photograph didn’t show that and I could not locate it. I contacted yourselves and my order was resent immediately so I was able to get them in time for my needs.

Good to have different trousers lengths
I ordered cotton trousers for my husband 27" which are great for this hot weather. Also cotton trousers 27"for myself it is lovely to get short lenght.
