First of all, the shoes fitted perfectly. For my husband, having the dual fitting option was ideal. They were exceptionally good value, with shoes of a similar style, costing at least £50 more. Finally they arrived beautifully presented and on time.

First of all I have found over the years that the service is excellent. The ordered items arrived quickly and well packaged.
The quality of the clothes is very good and I find that the sizing is just right. Only once did I have the need to send an item back which in many years of custom is more than satisfactory.

The jacket was lovely but sizing doesn’t agree to the size guide
The jacket was lovely, but too large. Size was chosen based on the size chart.
The return process is harder than it needs to be. I initiated the process online, but the email never came through, either to inbox or spam box. Luckily, amongst all of the junk in the original packaging there is a return label.
Choose carefully so that you don’t need to return anything.

Ideal for everyday wear, comfortable with an expandable waist for those long lunches. Machine washable and quick drying.

Disappointing
I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers as they were too short, I returned the original pair and phoned the helpline number given. First it was a premium number and after being redirected numerous times I eventually got through to an advisor. I explained about the exchange and she ordered the correct pair which I had to pay again for, although it was an exchange. I have had no confirmation of this order , nor have I heard from evri that they have received my parcel. I will not be ordering again

Having checked your account, I can confirm that your exchange order on the 13th July was successful. We advise 3 to 5 working days for delivery and you will receive an email from EVRi when the parcel is with your local courier.
Goods received back at our warehouse are refunded. If a customer would like to exchange an item for an alternative size or colour, we happily re-order a replacement and send it with free postage. We do require payment to order the new size or colour.
You will receive an email when your return has been processed at our warehouse. Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned goods, however, please allow 14 days from the date of posting for us to process your return.

I've always found Cotton Traders to be a very reliable company. It's extremely easy to order products. The items are well made and if, for any reason, you are not happy with something, it's very easy to return.
