Quality Clothing and Service
Ordered 4 pairs of trousers ia website. Informed with order was dispatched and then again when it was ready for collection. Tried items on before I left. I would not hesitate to order from Cotton Traders again for thier quality service

Quick delivery
I returned 2 tops to Dalton Park as I had purchased the wrong size. There was no problem and a refund to my bank was initiated. I sent for another 2 and they were delivered within 2 days

Received goods after ordering on-line after visiting outlet store on Dalton Park, Co Durham. Despite liking this particular store and the courteous staff, it was disappointing to learn that the goods I required had to be ordered on-line.

Convenience of collecting online order locally. Ordered two sizes and returned one to local store. Process great & local staff friendly & efficient.
The Cotton White trousers are of good quality, look good. Slightly heavier than would have preferred but do like.

Not cotton
I purchased a sweater for my sister from your store in Dalton Park recently. Since my sister can only wear cotton clothing because of allergies, I asked the clerk if the sweater was 100% cotton and she assured me it was.
When I got back to the States and gave it to my sister, she looked at the tag sewn in the lining and it said 100% polyester.
Both she and I were very disappointed.
I feel that if your store is named Cotton Traders, then you should label items that are not cotton.
That was hard earned money wasted.
