Although there is a branch of Cotton Traders in my town, I prefer to order online for clothes and have them delivered to my home - and this was the first time for me as a new customer of this company. The ordering process was easy and there were sufficient email updates in connection with the order through to its delivery.
The light-weight waterproof jacket and also the padded coat ordered were of exceptional quality for their prices, I felt; the waterproof jacket was kept as it was needed in the recently wet weather.
I returned the coat as had ordered the wrong size (being pear-shaped can make buying certain items of clothing difficult) but decided against exchanging it for a smaller size at the moment, partly due to cost grounds. But I shall certainly consider the coat again - and maybe some other items of clothing in the coming months.

Great products, poor delivery.
Evri tried to deliver a week ago when we were away. The next delivery date was today, one week later. I was given a window of 16.30 to 17.30 so waited in & then got an updated delivery window of 17.30 to 18.30. Fortunately the parcel arrived at 17.45 & fortunately the goods were top notch

Delivery on time unfortunately 2 items didn't fit well so had to return them, pleased with other 2 items, and repayment has been done . I returned unwanted items no problems by royal mail at my local post office.
