Excellent value, extremely pleased with product, comfortable to wear

Clothes are always well made and fit properly. The colours are great too

Staff in the shop outlet and on the customer service phone line could not have been more helpful and resolved all problems. Quality of goods is fine and delivery times are generally quick.

Cotton Traders' clothing style is what I call 'understated elegance', i.e., it doesn't need bold prints, strange colour combinations or revealing cuts to get someone's attention. The simplicity and quiet confidence of the brand's style allow the person to carry the clothes and not the other way around.

The order process was easy and everything ,including the product,delivery etc.was excellent.

Products as always great quality. Lovely to have a couple of cotton tee shirts, soft and long bodied.

The dress l ordered was a lovely shade of green and the fabric was very pretty. It's so difficult finding cotton dresses these days so l was glad to find this one. The ordering is quick and easy whether online or by phone and the staff are always efficient and friendly.

The delivery service is very efficient, and the quality of the items I have ordered is consistently good.

Chinese manufacture. Doesn’t necessarily make it bad but does mean the footwear last is going to be different to British expectations - especially width.

Initial advert said you had my choice of slippers in stock, then after the order.you said there was a delay, which turned out to be considerable. I suspect that was a click bait ploy.

Costume is perfect
Swim vest not a good fit as arm holes too big so have returned however returns a simple process

Easy to order, products were very good and matched description, would have given 5 stars but delivery company Evri just left parcel on doorstep and never bothered to ring doorbell, only realised they had delivered parcel when they text me that they had delivered it.

Cotton Traders purchase was really good very pleased with the quality style and fit. HOWEVER they were once again let down by the dreadful service from Evri to the extend that I'm not sure if I will use Cotton Traders again unless they can guarantee deliver on the date promised Such a pity

Very helpful on phone. Very pleasant and helpful staff where I picked my purchases up. Quicker than having a home delivery and at no delivery cost.

I gave cotton trader's a review leggings not suitable although nice material I have returned them but have not heard back from them

Great choice, good prices, quality items,quick delivery

Delivery was really quick and the goods are well packed. Unfortunately I had to return a pair of trousers because they were too big on the waistline. The t shirts are really good value, lovely material and perfect fit.
