Unfortunately we live in a world where overwhelmingly GP’s are stuck in the past and they (along with the rest of the fundamentally and institutionally flawed NHS) refuse to accept that Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is even real, let alone recognise the agonising and life changing symptoms that can become so prevalent and soul destroying.

Up step Courier Pharmacy, they’ve been responsible, swift, professional, and incredibly supportive in helping me receive critical MCAS medication that allows me to live a relatively normal existence, given the circumstances. Particularly SA and MM - thanks for being there for me and the rest of us that need professionalism and care more than the GO could ever know. You’re my heroes - thank you! I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Great experience so far with Courier Pharmarcy. I've had repeat prescriptions through them for almost a year. Customer services are responsive and deliveries are prompt.

We use courier pharmacy for our daughter’s prescriptions from her cardiologist. They are very quick in dispensing and posting, an extremely lovely team and very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend courier pharmacy without hesitation. We have experience of using other pharmacies and courier are hands down the best.

First time placing an order with an online pharmacy so was a little worried when shipment was taking longer than expected. I contacted the customer service team who were very responsive and helpful, explaining they only had partial stock and there was a delay to their shipment. To avoid further delay, they offered to ship part of my order the next day and fulfil the rest as soon as it was available, which was about a week later.

I was really impressed with the customer support team's quick, friendly, efficient and natural communication and I'll likely order from this company again if I need to

Ive emailed them 4 times now and had no response, which seems to be very common looking at some on the other reviews.

There is currently a global shortage of a particular medication and I was genuinely stressed not knowing what to do, then I found Courier Pharmacy!

From start to finish the service was exceptional. Everything was handled swiftly, professionally and with genuine care. They even arranged a hand delivery to me last night due to postal delays, which honestly went so far above and beyond.

As a long term user of Courier Pharmacy, I have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. However, recently they have provided exemplary customer support, that I can’t thank them enough for. Through no fault of their own, my order was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. I informed Courier Pharmacy as soon as I realised what had happened and within a day, they had contacted me twice to help resolve the issue and re sent my order to me. Whilst it was not really their problem, they still quickly helped me. They were quick to respond and helpful every step of the way. Well done Courier Pharmacy. Have used this online pharmacist for a good few years now for my inhalers.
Delivery is always prompt and on the very rare occasion that Royal Mail lose an item the pharmacy is always quick to respond and arrange another to be sent out.
Excellent job and fantastic customer care.

This company is amazing!!! And this is my honest review of them, i order my inhalers from here as its more time an cost effective than going GP to convince them you need an inhaler. My last order i made on friday morning…Saturday afternoon i had my inhaler. The process very easy and website easy to navigate.
