We have reviewed your order and can confirm that the item purchased was one single silicone cushion and that cushion you ordered was picked, packed and dispatched to you promptly. The order did not contain two packs of three AirTouch cushions.
We also understand that you contacted us because you believed the incorrect item had been sent. Our team attempted to follow this up with you however, we were subsequently advised that the single silicone cushion you received was in fact the correct cushion for your mask and that there was nothing further requiring rectification.
We always aim to process and dispatch orders promptly and accurately and in this instance the product sent matched the item ordered. We’re sorry that there was some confusion around the order and communication afterwards.

Your order was placed on 5th August and was dispatched from our warehouse on 6th August as we worked to have it processed and sent as promptly as possible. Unfortunately once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery delays and tracking issues are outside of our direct control. We completely understand how disappointing this is when express postage has been selected.
I have checked the tracking and can see that the parcel is currently being returned to sender due to the delivery status showing “receiver not known at address.” As soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will organise for it to be resent and do everything we can from our end to get it back on its way to you as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologise that the delivery has not gone as expected and appreciate your patience while we work to get this resolved for you. To follow this up further, please feel free to email our team directly so we can assist you with the order and keep you updated.
