Continued to Be Scammed
Posting another review because this company CONTINUES to scam me. After promising a refund for a machine I ordered 5 months ago and was promised delivery before the end of June. They completely ghosted me. Didn’t get my refund. Instead they had a different employee reach out and PROMISE that my machine would be delivered this week. If I just waited a little longer. He PROMISED constant updates. And PROMISED they would have it this past Tuesday and update me. I heard nothing. It’s Friday. I reached out asking for my promised update and if I’m still getting my machine this week. Ghosted AGAIN. I want ALL my money back. IMMEDIATELY. Avoid Creative Arcades at all costs. They make empty promises. Poor communication. And keep your money without delivering a product.

Bad experience
I sent this email on Oct 2 to the salesperson who sold me the arcade (for the second time, I am a repeat customer) plus the person who helped me manage payment and delivery. I never received a response, which in itself is disappointing. Here is the email
Hi, I'm sending a note to say this has not been a great experience. The delivery of the arcade was delayed on more than one occasion for a total of 6 weeks. And I was never notified. I had to call up each time to ask where my arcade was and was told only then about the delays. This happened at least twice. It would have been much better if you had proactively let me know what was going on. Now the delivery has been delayed again because Fedex is late. That's not your fault, but just letting you know, since you use them. As you know, this is a second home, and Fedex does not deliver on the weekends, so we are now having to adjust our schedules to find another date for us to be down there (we have kids in school, sports, etc). And Fedex is telling me I am going to incur charges if they have to store it longer than a few days (though they may waive some of that). I'm not overly upset about any of this, but I thought you should know. Thanks

I ordered the unit for a wedding event in my new home pub on June 3rd for a September 20th party its now September 28th still sitting in shipping warehouse in California with a supposed to be delivery week of October 5th my math not the best, but the 4-6 week promised shipping time is off by my math around 10 weeks I understand the wrapping was back ordered fine call someone give them REAL updates but when your promised that the material came in and it is positively shipping on Friday and a week later told a totally different story it doesn't sit well, I only ever do reviews normally if it's a really good review I own a retail store and know there are 2 sides to every story so in the future maybe be honest on shipping times so you don't disappoint the customers who want to be loyal

Amazing Custom Racing Arcade
We had been looking for something unique for our game room, and after seeing what Creative Arcades offers, we decided to go with a custom racing arcade. Machines delivered broken and never Fixed.
I had three Arcade Machines delivered. One was delivered broken and the stand up arcade machine partially works. Its a 4 player machine but only one player works. The light guns do not work. I tried to schedule service multiple times and the Salesman Brian said the technician was coming but this never happened. I spent $34,000 for 4 machines and only one works. Very upset with my service and feel ripped off.

I took about two months to ship
I took about two months to ship. When arriving to Dallas, the shipping company scheduled a delivery date, took time off from work but never received item. After calling several times shipping company said it was in a train waiting to unload. Until now. I do not know where my item is or when I’m receiving it. Will not go with this company for future purchases. Initially, customer service was great.

On December 6th, 2025, I ordered a three-person cocktail arcade table for over $4,700. I was told delivery would be by the end of January, and I was happy to wait the 7–8 weeks.
That date came and went. Each time I followed up, I was given a new delivery date — often after waiting two weeks just to get a response. February passed, then spring.

The microswitches on the arcade deck register inputs as fast as a perfectly indexed database query pulling a local file. The cabinet artwork and screen bezels look premium. The internal volume dial is hyper-sensitive, jumping from whisper-quiet to deafening with barely a millimeter turn.
