Everyone I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. The engineer arrived on time and was excellent at work and friendly. I have never had a problem with the company even the payment was easy. This is not always the case for me at the grand old age of 85!!!

Their service is very slow and expensive.
Our boiler wasn't working. They came very late. Even their office was closed. The engineer couldn't get a quote or part. so had to wait in the cold another day.
Also, they quoted a very high amount and 2 weeks time period. I got it fixed the same day for a third of their quote! Their service is very slow and expensive.

Custom heat installed Worcester boiler approximately 12 years ago. Still going strong! Yearly service, past 2 years by excellent Ruby. Have taken boiler cover past 2 years. Peace of mind for a reasonable price. We r lucky to have this 5 star company on our doorstep in Rugby
Would never consider going elsewhere. All engineers, fitters and office staff are the best you could find anywhere. Thankyou Custom Heat

Had my boiler serviced by Custom Heat this morning for the first time, and I was really impressed. They arrived on time, put protective covers over their shoes (which I really appreciated as I have cream carpets), and carried out the service efficiently and professionally.
Everything was left clean and tidy with no mess, and they took the time to explain exactly what they had done before they left. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I'll definitely be using Custom Heat again and would happily recommend them.
