Had my boiler serviced by Custom Heat…
Had my boiler serviced by Custom Heat this morning for the first time, and I was really impressed. They arrived on time, put protective covers over their shoes (which I really appreciated as I have cream carpets), and carried out the service efficiently and professionally.
Everything was left clean and tidy with no mess, and they took the time to explain exactly what they had done before they left. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I'll definitely be using Custom Heat again and would happily recommend them.

I asked for a quote for installing an…
I asked for a quote for installing an air conditioning unit in a bedroom. I explained that I need a fairly accurate quote as it was to be a family present to a sibling for a special birthday and we wouldn’t mention it if it was too expensive . They gave us a quote with the highest estimate reaching our max. After a view of the room by phone -a room that had no issues in terms of installation-they came back with a quote of about £750 over their top estimate. We had on the basis of their original quote told our sibling of the present. Fortunately we have found a reputable firm who can do it within our budget

5 days to respond to my acceptance of your quote and then an insistence that the work be done on 2 possible but very inconvenient days.

Great service
Turned up within time slot. Courteous and friendly. Put shoe covers on to come inside without being prompted (not all people do this!). Took the time to tell me what investigations would do. Informed me when electric would be turned off. Went through the issue clearly and told me what needed doing to fix it. Fixed it all quickly and left everything tidy. Easy to book in and great service. Custom Heat/Electric is always our go to.

Excellent Full House A/C Installation
Custom Heat provided an excellent A/C installation on my 10 year old house. The way they dressed the external pipework enclosures to mimic the existing drainpipes was masterful, and most people haven't even noticed.
Very professional during installation. Great at communicating with us all the way through the project, and taking on board our wishes and concerns. The A/C is fantastically powerful and quiet, and has absolutely transformed our home. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
