Great customer service and amazing technology!

D-ID offers an excellent platform for scalable video production and digital avatars. The lip-sync quality and avatar realism are highly impressive. The interface is clean, making text-to-video generation fast and seamless. It is definitely a leading tool for anyone exploring conversational AI agents and modern video automation.

I've been using D-ID for a couple of years now, and I've been impressed from day one. Now, with the agentic videos option and expressive, lifelike AI avatars, interactive video experiences are opening exciting possibilities for customer engagement and customer service. It's great to see how much this AI video platform has advanced.

The ability to turn a simple photo and script into a high-quality video in minutes is mind-blowing. The platform is stable, fast, and very easy to use. Highly recommended for any content creator or marketer!

Agentic Videos is a powerful product for interactive videos, which combines static videos with live Agents!

I’ve had a very good experience with D-ID so far, especially with the visual AI agents. They make it possible to create interactive experiences where users can ask questions and receive responses in real time. The avatars look realistic and help make the interaction feel more natural and personal.

I also like that the platform includes AI video creation, so you can create both traditional avatar videos and interactive agents in one place. This makes it useful for training, onboarding, customer support, and other business use cases.

The platform is fairly easy to use, although some of the more advanced features take a little time to understand. The technology still feels new in some areas, but the results are already very strong. Overall, D-ID is a great option for creating realistic avatar videos and interactive AI experiences without a complicated production process.

Love the product and the team behind it - I subscribed a few month ago, generated an Agent, but had a few issues with my voice cloning - kudos to the support team who resolved it promptly. I wish they can add the "AI voice generation" feature as 11labs has.

Easy to use and great results in a short time. I like the wide range of stock avatars and the image to avatar option. I made a video with my own avatar, which was as simple as it gets. The real-time avatar agents are also quite easy to set up but I noticed they need a lot of input to work beyond generic chatting. Impressive nonetheless!

perfect tool for creating realtime Agents/Avatars

The tool does not work. I tried two different tier of plan and the Video generation and lipsync is completely off for 17 second vid. The Video Avatar failed to generate after multiple tries and comsumed the credits. The support desk was not helpful. The free unlimited credit first month is a scam, premium $29 USD plan got exhaused in less than 3 vidoes for 17s , and some basic agent testing....most provide free plans better than this... boderline scam.

The membership auto-renews and then customer serviced refers you back to a 15 page customer agreement, where, in the fine print, it says that once a membership auto-renews it will not be refunded.

Terrible strategy by a start-up. I would not recommend this app.

At best, the avatars look like talking robots.

Appalling customer service.

Have tried multiple times to contact them and the people who answer haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about all they say is refer to our diagrams refer to our information.

You cant delete account. They will spam you with garbage messages all the time.

I tried using D-ID to create a custom agent/avatar, and it was a complete waste of time. The platform makes it nearly impossible to create a usable avatar — it gets stuck at 99%, crashes, or just doesn’t process. After several attempts and reaching out multiple times, I got no helpful response from their customer support.

Their service is disorganized, unprofessional, and absolutely not ready for anyone who needs a reliable solution. If you’re looking to create a virtual agent for your business or brand, avoid D-ID at all costs. Customer support is practically nonexistent.

Trash! This was the biggest waste of money and I paid for a whole year like an idiot. I'm not going to say what I want to say but I will say this......FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE BECAUSE THIS ONE SUCKS!!!!

Absolute piece of sh@t. Tried to upload 20 different images for avatar – all random, newly generated AI images –, which are apparently "celebrities", at least according to their error message. The customer support button is broken, nothing happens when you click on it. AVOID IT. Thank God I user my revolut card for the purchase, I'll be able to easily block all future payment. (I read the reviews about extra charges.)
