Danubius Regent’s Park London
Danubius hotel Regent’s Park London, very nice hotel with pleasant staff especially Roger at the door who couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay again.

I ran a business training event in March 2026. The whole Events team were wonderful, and very helpful. Sujeeth in the Conference & Events team prior to the day, and Shihab and his colleagues on the day itself, all made it run smoothly behind the scenes. I have used the Danubius many times over the years, and they have been consistently excellent. Thank you.
Great service in the restaurant of Regent’s Park from Kelly
we were in budapest at danubius hotel arena and the experience there was bad. the beds are like concrete and the rooms are full of ants. we got a 10% discount for one of the four nights we were there. not recommended!
Had a great stay but also very accommodating when I needed extra rooms. Staff are helpful.
Definitely would stay again.
This was our third stay at this wonderful hotel perfect location to the centre of London 10 minutes walk away from two underground stations, they staff are are wonderful always give a great welcome the rooms are very clean and tidy perfect for a lovely stay the bar and restaurant is perfect lots of choices from the bar to drink , breakfast area lots to choose from the staff are brilliant could not ask for better service, my wife and I have stayed at many hotels in London and we prefer to stay at the Danubius hotel because of the staff and there high quality of service
I have stayed for 15 days in this hotel, and the reception gave me Guest Questionnaire, which I made but I had no time to deliver. But here is summary:
I had medical spa stay with full programme
The services in general are good but nor compared to 5 star hotel in Europe and Asia.Ido suggest to hire management from these hotels to improve the level of service.
As example If I fly for 2 hours in Singapore air they address me with my family name. In Hotel Esplanda I have a new name. MR.????
Food and beverage in standard of food hall which is basic. There are many ways to improve the food situation.
Regarding the health Spa service it is disappointing to start, the first Doctor who evaluate the patient was not effecting and did not make the proper examination and locate the major problem of the patient. Which results in wrong treatment.
The staff of medical serveces are not polite, they make fuss if you are late 5 minutes, but no apology if they keep you waiting for 20 minutes..In the exercise Room20 the trainer complained I am not wearing socks in a nasty way. I never returned to her room.I never seen your other services and the public relation lady Jan was not friendly at all and not even trying.
But , I recommended other hotels in the complex, and if I have a chance I will come next summer. Hopefully the services will improve.
We booked this hotel for a party of nine people, on a Stag Party, over the 3rd-6th March. Following arrival by taxi, the Front-of-House staff showed a glimmer of their great overall service. Slight issues with the bookings were sorted immediately. Amenities for the hotel were also good, with quite a large array of products available for breakfast - cost would have been high as 15 euros standard rate, but this was discounted by 20% if signed up for the duration of our stay - which we did. Spa facilities were pretty good, with four pools and sauna/gym included in the price. We stayed in the less-luxurious of the two parts to the hotel, but that was fine by our party. The older building host fine dining and classical music, for those with taste of high-brow culture about them. On numerous occasions, the concierge proved to be an excellent advisory on all local places to visit; with the hotel in the middle of an island and cut off by the Danube, he never missed a bit when organising the many taxis that we needed to travel out to the city. Overall, we all enjoyed the hotel immensely. While the rooms and some of the decorations are a little dated, the staff we encountered were almost friends by the time that we left - our thanks to them for making our visit a very memorable one, and for all of the right reasons. Nagyon köszönöm
